    Ok,just had the 'pay to upgrade ' notification on our personaliser for Arvia this Summer,We have an outside clear view and the offer starts at £140pp for small balcony.We looked online(thank you YT) and realised we may pay for one of Arvias controversial balconies with no real seaview with a walkway directly outside the cabin OR a whirlpool! No thanks P&O..happy to stay where we are and not be tempted!
