She will be much better off with a scooter. My hubby uses a walker but on our LOS cruise he would have been exhausted using the Walker only. Much easier with a scooter. He is taking his travel scooter on our Jan 2016 cruise. Won't leave home without it.

Just wondering about any excursions when hubby uses a scooter for mobility. Or can we just browse some shops in the port area?

Read about 2 assessable tours but they didn't have good reviews.

Any help or info would be appreciated.

It might be just as well to enjoy the ship in port while the other passengers are off, lol.

Hi. Going on the FOS in January and my husband has mobility issues. We will take his scooter. I have been looking at the things to do at St Marten and St Thomas for people who use scooters or wheelchairs. Has any one done these activities? Also wondering if just getting off the ship and browsing any shops at the ports would work. Thanks for any ideas. This is our first Caribbean cruise. It is not so easy when both of us can't do the walking.
