I had three reservations having this problem. I was sent an email and told to call 1-800-526-9723 C&A and they were able to fix the issues. Missing birthdate, wrong C&A number entered and I can't remember the third.
The changes made to the reservation system on Oct 28th requires alot more data be entered by the TA's and CVP's now. If the info they enter doesn't match exactly to your C&A account (which is in a different system) this error occurs. At least that is what I was told and he was able to get mine fixed.

I have been having this problem on 2 of my reservations since the "upgrade" Now today I am having this problem with 3 reservations. Very frustrating..

I am not sure if this will help-I was told to....
Log out of my acct.
Go to the homepage and click Before you Board and then click online
check in.
Then put in your name, reservation number etc. and it will bring you to
your reservation. Then click "exit and view reservation" and it will bring
you to more of your reservation."
It is a pain but it is the only way to get on my reservation.
Good luck
Thanks Christine100. I did know how to do it that way but I was just curious if anyone else had any success but I guess not.

Has anyone been able to get this problem resolved yet?
I still have this same problem on one of my reservations. I called RCI and they couldn't figure it out so they had me fill out the email request online so that the IT department will call be back. The rep I had online at the time couldn't transfer me to IT directly.

I have this same problem on 2 out of 6 reservations i have.
-
do you have your confirmation email showing paid in full. I would send them a copy of that back to them plus take it with you when you check in.
-
You may be right on that I didn't think about it that way. As long as the newbie dad and daughter are at the same address I would think he would get D+ status.
On another note. The referral discount would be given if they used the balcony discount since it can not be combined with anything else. The balcony discount is so much better anyways. Once your reach Diamond the balcony discounts generally are better than any other promotion anyways.

The cabin can get the balcony discount and priority boarding, but only she would have access to the lounges.

Yes (in agreement)....so those of us that were beyond 140 points when the changeover occurred, were not given the blocks retroactively. :)
As guess that is why I didn't get one for 140.:D Should have gotten one for the Indy.
So as "Thetrial" put it so nicely. I was wrong on my earlier post.

that changed a couple years ago when they changed the levels around.

Enjoy it. You can also watch the dancing at Rita's and Johnny Rockets right below your room on the Boardwalk.
-
that is correct.

7692 was a lovely room with a bathtub and a large balcony. There is a sight you can go to that will show you all the rooms on the explorer class ships. I'm not able to pull it up right now, but I'm sure someone here will be able to tell you.

I think this is the site you are thinking of

I will be watching for answers. We booked Aft Aqua family suite. I am wondering if well behaved kids can join us for cocktails prior to dinner. Or are they allowed anytime? We also diamond members.
Kids are allowed anytime now. They were excluded from the cocktail hour but are now allowed in.
The drinks are free :) as stated above.

We have these same rooms booked as well. I found another thread about these rooms with pictures.

No, but you can walk outside and look into the bridge from a Peek-A-Boo window. Walk through the solarium and step out the doors on either side and you can get to the viewing spot. It is outside.

thanks for the clarification of the email addresses. I only had the first one.

It is considered a regular D1, so the price is the same. That is why it is so hard to get that room. So it is usually the first to go.
I am not aware any like this on Allure

I have 7408 on Indy in April. First time for that particular aft room.

Scorpion..

that is correct. You can change what time you eat every night if you want. You don't need to make a reservation but if you don't you may wait up to 20 minutes for a table.

Don't have any pictures but check out this site I ran across cruiselinerooms com

I tried to attach a link but I got **********'d out
Maybe that site is no longer allowed to be posted on here. Try googling stateroom photographs, I'm sure you will find some photos that way. That is were I generally start, google seems to work very well for that
