I get it. We book our excursions almost as soon as they appear. Then I monitor price. Normally all I am doing is watching the price go up up up and away. Although last week I saw some go down on a November/December cruise and save $85 p/p for that cruise
I know I have way to much time on my hands.

Not all of mine have gone up since last week. Only a few and all by $5. Lol

What child does not need internet ? I am logged on all day myself and would not want to share. CA should be paid for all. Ever seen the mess a child can make ?
I agree that’s why I pay for Plus for both my granddaughters when I cruise with them.

correct - share parents internet login, parents have already paid the CA x 2 ... that's enough
This is OP is grandmother and granddaughter so not sure where second paid CA is but guess we will have to agree to disagree. I pay CA for all who are in cabin.

$60 for a 'child' per day pays for a lot of 'beverages'
So from your answer they would not pay gratuity or get internet.

As I said this is ridiculous. I have A LOT of experience with 10 year olds.
This Policy needs to be changed.I disagree! I cruise with my two granddaughters 9 & 12 now I get the plus package for all three and feel it is a good value. Last year we cruised on a line that did not have package, the internet package was high and not as good as we have found star link to be. The drink packages were unreasonably costly so we went bought as we went. After the cruise I did a cost analysis and wished we had been on Princess with Plus.

Did you update your Profile in your Princess Personalizer to receive emails?
Yes and have talk to princess and they say I should get them. I do get emails regarding port or flight changes.

Yes
Not sure why but I never get emails. I only have 9 cruises book over the next 2 years so maybe not important enough. 😢

Was it a email?

You are before final payment so what penalty? If worried just cancel

We are always able to book two specialty restaurants per each leg of a B2B when we get the premier package, so not sure why you wouldn’t be able to get two casual dining per each leg with the Plus package. It just makes no sense.
Talk to the restaurant manager if they try to charge you. I’m sure they will arrive at an equitable solution. My guess is you won’t have to go that route, though. I think it is just included for each separate leg of the cruise. They booked as a single cruise not b2b. So only one booking number so only 2 casual dinings for 21 days

Two months is a long time. I think Princess just forgot about it.
Maybe you actually found the correct answer to why so many non communication issues. Princess being an older cruise line is have senior moments and just forgetting. 😂

When I look at excursions on the turn around days they state "This tour is not available to passengers beginning or ending their voyage" so I thought that a B2B passenger wouldn't be able to take the ship tour since you have to go through the B2B process. So you're able to book a ship tour on the B2B day? I never wanted to lose the turnaround day tours. When I've sailed on RCCL & Celebrity B2B cruises we aren't offered any tours on turn around days.
Special Notes:
This tour does not include the Colosseum inside visit. This tour is not available to passengers beginning or ending their voyage in Civitavecchia (Rome).
this is the wording of one of the excursions I am taking. This is a “turn around” day on one of my b2b later this year. If you are a b2b although you have different booking numbers your voyage is not beginning or ending that day. Clear as mud, right

No. On board credit can only be used for excursions prior to embarkation.

To add also think about coffee drinks and bottle water which is unlimited on package. $5 for coffee, $2.50 for soda, and $2.95 for small water. My numbers may be slightly off but not by much for calculation.

Rose colored glass are the in thing this year.

mine usually work out to be close to same or cheaper and then with the on board stock credit and MOBC it is better doing b2b. Not sure what you mean by the excursions on turn around day but they are always available to us.
-
-
Unless you are platinum or elite you will have to wait till final payment.
-
One of the reasons I always book longer cruises as b2b is to get the extra causal meals. Only 2 per booking no matter how else cruise can be divided. That is my experience.

My booking is still there and working fine but it is in 17 days. Not sure how soon your is but if after the dining changes may be a good thing, Princess IT working on changes?
