Post 1205 doesn't say anything about refunding money within 45-60 days.  I think it would be much easier with that copy in hand.  Thanks in advance.

Nope.  They first said "up to 60 days" from the date they received our choice.  I have a screenshot from their website.

 

And now it is a moving target.  We have every right to be upset and I do think they are deliberately dragging their feet.

 

I will file a cc dispute next Wednesday, 62 days in.

Got back from my cruise March 31st and the boat is still rocking! The only time I get relief is on the tennis court. Very strange I know.

Am so glad to know what this is all about. I thought it was just me:D I have taken numerous cruises and this has never happened. I certainly know what to do in the future and hope that it won't reoccur. It won't make me stop cruising!!!

Initially it was stated that anyone who shares a cabin must participate in the program. I am sailing with BFF. Obviously we will have different folios. So, she doesn't have to participate if I want to?

I have read this thread with genuine interest. Am going in March to Roatan and Belize. It will also unfortunately be a spring break cruise :mad: My BFF is in the school system. Love love to snorkel but am afraid that the beach will be mobbed. Any other suggestions where there might be more quiet but still good snorkeling? I am intrigued with Tabyana but fear the noise will get the best of me! Thanks.
