I have been unable to access my Cruise Planner (on all 3 pending sailings) for over 2 hours now. Anyone else having problems?
I cannot get on either. :(

For the refreshment package that is on sale. Does it include the specialty coffees that would be included with the coffee card?
-
I have been reading mixes messages about bringing water onboard.
Can we do it?

Hi!
I am headed out soon on the Allure. This will be my first time cruising RCCL since I have become Gluten Free. How does the Allure handle GF? Anywhere especially good to eat? Tips?
Thanks.

if Aunt Tilly can't understand that ONE bag means only one.
LOL. :D We might have one of those. (At least!)

When you do your on line check in' date=' you will choose a PAT (port arrival time) from the remaining available times. This is the time you are supposed to arrive. IF your time is after 12:30, I would arrive about 12:30.
OK, you want to depart 1 hour before that. Do you have a 15 minute store stop in your agreement? If so, factor that in. How long is it going to take for 10 of you to get in the car, fasten seat belts, etc? Again, 15 minutes? So you want the car about 90 minutes before your PAT or 11:00 (whichever is earlier).[/quote']
Excellent!! Thanks. :D

We are a family of 10 headed to the Fantasy in June from ASM. What time would you suggest we request the transportation to be arrive to pick us up? I want to be able to get on the ship ASAP, but not wait hours for the ship to open up.
Thanks.
-
Thanks! I will check them out. :D

There will be 10 of us going from ASM to the terminal in June. Through Disney it would cost $35pp each way. I am looking for something more economical. :D
What would your suggestions be?
Thanks.

From Port Canaveral back to MCO' date=' what airline are you on? [/quote']
Most likely Delta for 6 of us. Maybe Jet Blue for the rest (from Boston)
I haven't purchased tickets yet.

So whom would you recommend for a group of 10?
I still might do the transfer to Pop with the free Disney shuttle.
And perhaps the shuttle from the port to the airport as they will handle the luggage all the way.
Then I could get a shuttle to take us to the port early and be on board early and have more fun early. :D I really like that part of it!!
-
You can do that - Magical express to the hotel and then Disney transfers to the port and airport. Depending on size of group, a private transfer may be more cost effective.
There will be 10 of us. And MIL who is paying for it is more about easy than cheap. :D

For your second question - all of the beds on the Fantasy, Dream and Magic are "real" beds. Only the wonder still has the 2 twins that go together.
For the least amount of vibration, you need to stay away from the aft.
Personally, I'd recommend mid ship, deck 8.
Well, how cool is that! I am so glad I asked about beds. :) Thanks.
And thanks for the recommendation too.

Last year I went to St. Maartan via Princess and they had a segway tour. It looks like Disney doesn't offer it. Has anyone done that and know the tour operator?
Thanks.

We want to come in a day before the cruise and I was thinking about staying one night at Pop Century.
My thinking is we could get a free shuttle to the hotel from the airport. Can we get transfers from PC to port and then from the port to airport?
Will that work? Any suggestions about it?
Thanks. :)

My MIL is very sensitive to the vibration on a ship. (I am guessing it is from the engines?) and has requested I find a balcony room with no vibration on the Fantasy. Can anyone help me know where to request?
Also she hates that the 2 bed are pushed together to make a bigger bed for her and FIL. She wanted to know if there were ANY rooms with "real" beds? I haven't heard of any, but thought I would ask.
Thanks.:D

Thank you SO much!
:D
I'll be traveling on the Aug. 23rd Fantasy cruise with my family. My MIL eats gluten and dairy free. Her allergies are not life threatening, but she eat very sick, so she avoids gluten and dairy. I'll check back in in this post after our trip to let you know how it goes for gluten and dairy free. -
Good question to ask. I don't know how big of an issue dairy cross contamination is. I will follow up on that.
Thanks so much for the guidance. :)
The issue here is the lack of ability to eat adult meals, which REALLY limits what the kitchen staff can do.
So the question becomes, if GF pizza gets a tiny bit of dairy on it is that an issue?
Also, I don't think Dairy free cheeses are standard stocks. DF milk, yes. That's why I suggest contacting them, to see what they can special order if anything (you cannot bring your own products, everything has to be sourced by them for sanitation reasons)

Is there an option for just below life threatening? :o
His condition is NOT life threatening, but does significantly effect his health. To the point if DCL can't do it, he won't travel. I will have my SIL call the cruise line directly, however, for her WDW trip they were not to helpful with specifics. WDW kept trying to feed him adult meals with not gluten.
So I was trying to see if anyone had this particular allergy combo.
Thanks for the input. :)
It's also important to understand the sensitivity level. Is this life threatening, discomfort, or preference, if so that greatly affects available options.

We want to go on a cruise with my nephew who is 7 and is gluten and dairy free. He won't eat "adult" meals, so steak with broccoli won't work.
He likes things like bagels and dairy free cream cheese, gluten free diary free grilled cheese, dairy free ice cream, gluten free pizza with dairy free cheese, etc.
Anyone have experience with this kind of food restrictions on DCL?
TIA!

Thanks so much for the encouragement!! You are putting my mind at ease for this trip. :D
