I was on this cruise as well. I found the food in the MDR and the buffet to be pretty bad. Debarking was a MESS at the aft elevators. We got called at 840ish and finally got to our car in the parking lot at 930!!! I also had the thermal spa and what I realized is that the Jacuzzi placement is the entire problem. Being centered in the room the jets are loud when sitting in it and you cannot hear the people sitting next to you... this causes the people IN the jacuzzi to talk louder to hear each other which then bothers everyone in the heated seats... Nevermind the people trying to save those heated seats despite the sign at the entrance that says "No saving seats". I think it was oversold for its size.
