I have never cruised in winter, we are cruising Dec. 31 going to W. Carribean, Coz. , Belize, Costa Maya, Roatan . Is it warm enough to swim and snorkel. I'm used to it being hot hot.

We are set on last week of Dec. and these are the two we can afford. Actually the Sunshine is prob. about $250 cheaper. So because the food was a little disappointing on last Carnival cruise, I'm wondering if Rhapsody is worth extra 250.

I am trying to decide between RC Rhapsody or Carnival Sunshine, we are going in Dec. 31 and down to these two. We have not done either one. Truthfully I was a little disappointed in food last Carnival but I have heard people saying same thing on RC. Anyone cruised on both of these. Me, husband , Daughter 26, son 21. Thanks

A couple basic questions, its been a few yrs.

1. Is there beach towels in the room to take into port and use.

2. Can you get water bottles on ship anywhere. I seem to remember we all had water bottles getting off in port, but I don't remember buying them ahead of time.

3. Double checking, I can bring a six pk of soda onboard?

4. We are doing dine your own time, do they still perform and if so about when.

Going to be in port for lunch while walking around. Looking for some suggestions. Not wanting too expensive or fancy. Interested in trying more local but not too different if you know what I mean. We will be there in Oct., I like eating outside if not too hot.

If doing the Truck Bay and snorkeling thru Carnival, couple of questions.

1 Where do they give you your snorkel equipment

2. Is chairs provided for people on the cruise excursion or do you still have to pay.

There are 4 ships in port, our friends want to do the cruise excursion, but we always like doing our own, less crowded. Excursion is suppose to be 1:30 for 4 1/2 hrs. Is it going to be miserably crowded, trying to talk myself into that it won't be that bad and go with the friends that are scared to do it on their own.

ok I've confused myself, we will be on Carnival and will be in St. Thomas 11-7 according to Carnival. Is this island time or eastern time because we will be going out of Fla?

Has anyone been diving in Grand Turk? My husband wants to go, he is certified. If so can you tell us what group and how was the dive and experience.

Do you go to the left, and is it better to walk along the beach or the rd.? I really don't care about the drinks but I would like it if it is less crowded but still a pretty beach, is this the case, is it worth it to go?

So are they open during lunch for free everyday? Do you know what is on the menu?

What town did you stop at and who was your tour guide. Is there a way to get in touch with him?And how long were you gone, did he just wait for you why yall walked around. Sorry about all the questions, love the review.

What did you do on the 1 hour tour, we(my kids) are not interested in the fort etc. just want to see some pretty views, rocks, beach etc. Thanks
