Can't believe that there has been near zero response to this management change.

We were told no "grandfathering", yet, now, 15 months later, they've reestablished spa credits for the higher "O" club levels, same as before.

Again, absolutely pitiful. Many heads should roll for this continuing fiasco!

We've seen much more appropriate Christmas deco on Crystal, Cunard and Princess.
