Awsome review! Leave in just over 30 days!
-
The Dream is scheduled for a sea day today. Not a port day.

our bed ;)

Am I mistaken? I thought I had read the onbaord airline check in was only available for flights within the US and not international flights? Am I correct or mistaken?

We stayed on Deck 7 in room 7132 on the Fantasy last year and felt NO vibration whatsoever

anyone else feel that these prices that RCCL are charging these days are crazy? a balcony cabin 7 night cruise on oasis in january is over $2000 per person? I have sailed mostly RCCL over the last 5 years but heck mide as well sail with disney with the kids for that price! I guess I just wanted to vent a bit.

Does Carnival offer transfers from FLL to port of miami and after the cruise from port of miami to FLL? Thinking about booking the Breeze but only will if its easy to get from Fort Lauderdale to Miami as we will be flying Southwest Airlines. Thanks for your help!
-
It's perfectly fine unless fog hits the port in which case a 4pm flight would be cutting it close! So as long as everything goes on schedule you will be fine. personally I will not book a flight before3 out of Tampa after hitting fog after one cruise and having to change flights and barely making a 4 pm flight while running in the airport.

Quick Question. DD 6 and dd 4 will they be able to be in the same kids club or will they be separated? Reason I ask is that the 4 year old may not go in if the 6 year old isn't with her. We went on disney last year and the youngest always wanted be by her sister. Could be a deal breaker about booking Rccl this time around if they can't be together. We LOVE RCCL but would also like a little time to ourselves while on vacation! thanks for your answers!

DW and myself upgraded from a balcony cabin to a W one day when it became available. Litterally an hour later we were assigned a GS. We could not have been happier and it was only $100 total to uprade from the balcony to the W. FYI this was on Jewel of the Seas about 2 years ago.

it must not be that popular it's one of the cheapest weeks of the year
-
Yep that is the week! DD6 will be in first grade and she has 17th and 18th off school so if we go on the Magic she will only miss 3 days of school. If we go on the Fantasy she will miss 4 dues to leaving on friday to get ehrere the day b4

We are me (DH-40), DW 41, DD 6, and DD4. And we went on Disney Fantasy last january and absolutly LOVED it! Thats the problem of not being able to decide, do we do it again with basically the same stops or try the Magic and possibly be disappointed after an awsome Fantasy cruise last year. Whichever one we book we will book a deluxe family oceanview stateroom with verandah.

7 night Western Magic in January or 7 night Eastern Fantasy in January. Which one would you pick? AND WHY? Having trouble deciding any opinions woujld be appreciated! Assume that the cost is the same or very close (which it is)

Anyone know when the dry dock is schedules for 2.0 drydock?
-
anyone... anyone...? :D

I was wondering the same thing also! If you book a 5e guarentee do you get a 5e or get upgraded. I love aft facing balconies and if I ever booked a 5e guarentee would want to get a 5e not an upgrade to something else.

Looking forward to your review! (Even if you are a Clemson fan). We were on the fantasy last January to the Eastern Carribean and now thinking about going on the Majic this Jan.! MIZ....ZOU!

Just an FYI when I was on the waitlist for the Fantasy I chekced back on my online reservation everday under dining and finally one day it let me switch it to main and I didn't have to worry about the waitlist anymore!!!!! keep trying it and maybe it will open up one day for you!

99% sure Jake will be on board. He was on board our Fantasy cruise last january. He seems to be a regular.

In january We (me, wife, dd3, dd5) Flew into orlando the day before our Fantasy cruise, Stayed at the Hyatt Regency in the airport, then took the Disney cruiseline shuttle to the port in the morning. Worked out great and did not have to worry about car seats! Plus your in a day early that way and already at the airport to catch the busses to the port! BTW really enjoyed the Hyatt MCO would stay there again in a heartbeat. and lots of good chain restaurants in the airport (we ate at Macaroni grill) Just FYI
-
FYI Ariel was NOT on our Disney Fantasy cruise back in January! Anna from frozen WAS however. boith girls were very disappointed Ariel was not there. I guess she was on vacation that week.

I was actually pleasantly suprised with the food on our Fantasy cruise in jan.! After reading all the reviews on here about the food I was REALLY worried about the food since I love food! lol. To my suprise (after reading these boards) The food in the main dining rooms was OUTSTANDING! Every bit as good as RCCL! Looking forweard to doing another disney cruise in the next few years when we can afford it again! lol
Just off Indy 6 night western
