  1. I am looking at doing an ATV/Buggy tour with the above for 6 family members. On the booking site it has an option for a PROMO CODE to receive a little discount. Because it is quite an expensive tour, a code would be very helpful. Anyone familiar with this code? Thanks for any help.

  2. So we sail on Allure on Feb 14th, 2016. Got together with friends who are also on same sailing and coordinated all our entertainment bookings and booked on the Cruise Planner on RCL website. Went in to double check everything two weeks ago and one reservations shows absolutely no bookings and the second one removed the Comedy Club show completely. So readded the missed shows and when I went in to Cruise Planner today to double check again, missing almost everything on both reservations!!! Very frustrating. Going to have to make a phone call today to get this sorted out and hopefully better get all our original bookings we made weeks ago.

  3. We have two cabins booked for our upcoming cruise. one for my DH and myself and the other for our 20 yr old daughter and her friend (20) When we booked we had to put one adult in each room. When we get onboard can we go to desk and ask to have my keycard switched out with hers so I can be in our balcony room and she can be in the inside stateroom with her friend?

  4. OK i have been reading thru the 60 or more posts on this board and if somebody could clarify this for me it would be appreciated. We travelling on AOS next Dec. Booked thru US travel agency, deposit left on US credit card so no extra fees. Of course when we changed money to our US acct its at 34 cents on dollar. When people saying they are putting money down on their OBC acct with good exchange rate, why would you put more than what you need? ie we have prepaid gratuities, good on board spending acct credit etc Do not really charge too much on board. If Im reading this correctly, do you mean that you phone and charge on your canadian card and put money on your on board acct and then just take the cash out thru the casino? ie potentially leaving ship with extra US cash (that has been exchanged at 10%) that I could use elsewhere??? LIke say I could bring home and use for another cruise?? Please clarify for this Canadian. Tks

  5. Our family has booked a cruise on Carribean Princess in room B504. We chose the room next door B506 but I found a picture that shows that our balcony seems to be recessed back from theirs. Not sure how accurate the picture is or if somebody can tell me if they are all flush. Just wondered if I should change my room as I dont like the wall obstruction on the right hand side.

  6. I understand that if you buy the drink pkg all people in the room have to get it as well. So what if there is 1 adult in the room and teenager who is not allowed alcohol. Can you just buy one drink pkg then? We have two cabins booked, one for my daughter and her friend and one for my DH and myself. So of course we had to put one adult in each stateroom.

  7. When our family did this excursion with RCL, we took the ferry over to St John and then a bus picked us up from the harbour area and took us over to Trunk Bay where we were provided snorkel equipment to check out the marked snorkel trail. Not sure what kind of tour NCL offers.

  8. Can anyone tell me if I have two people booked in a stateroom and one is not able to go, however I have another family member that is willing to take their place, is the cruise line able to modify the reservation? And if so, how much will it probably cost me? Just under a year before sailing date so plenty of time.

  9. Sorry I guess I didn't explain myself enough. My son is sharing the cost of the cabin with their son. 50/50 They were getting two cabins anyways for their party of 4. So each person is entitled to their share of the 50 OBC since the cost of the cabin is split evenly betn the two boys. I thought the OBC was applied directly to the room. Question answered. tks

  10. Question for those who have added person to their onboard account from another reservation. My husband and I booked our cruise. 18 yr old Son decided he wanted to come. Was cheaper to add him into one of our friends staterooms then ours. They currently got a 50 OBC for both people inside the stateroom my son is in. If I link his acct to our onboard acct, does he get 25 OBC carry over with him or does it just stay to that room? I was thinking it would just stay with the room and then I would deduct $25 off the cost of his share of the inside stateroom. Hope I've explained this well enough. :p

  11. Just wanted to update everyone regarding sisinlaw who was billed on credit card for not paying toll. She requested a copy of the picture showing them supposedly going thru unmanned toll booth as opposed to dropping their coins in at the first toll leaving Orlando Airport. She received nothing in the last two weeks and yesterday called again and spoke with mgr who was surprised the matter was not cleared up and immediately credited her card back the $16 charge. I know its not much but it was still obviously an error on their part. Glad to see that there is still some hope on recovering unsubstantiated costs.

  12. SisinLaw went down in Feb and got her credit card bill today with rental co charging $16 for unpaid toll. Said she went thru the Sunpass lane when leaving the airport on the way to Kissimmee. Her husband is a truck driver and drives in the States all the time. They did not go thru Sunpass lane and paid the exact cash toll at the unmanned booth and got the green light and proceeded on. When she tried to dispute the charge, lady from rental car place asked for a receipt. How are you even suppose to get a receipt from an unmanned toll booth where you just throw your change in? Makes me worried about getting my statement at the end of the month now. Time to start asking for receipts at every toll it seems now.

  13. Can anyone tell me how long of a cab ride it its to Sapphire Beach from Charlote Amalie cruise port? We were on a tour last year to Megans Bay and our ship left at 4:30 and we were stuck in traffic and still on the tour tram at 4:05:eek: Want to make sure that if we take a cab and our ship gets in at 11am and leaves at 7 pm with 7 other cruise ships in port that day, that we leave enough time.
