We had Nizar on the last full Enchantment cruise from Baltimore and the repo to Florida. He was in the Diamond Lounge. Really, really, nice guy. :D

Has any one had Nizar Laatiri as their concierge. I will be sailing with him on the EOS on Nov 3rd. We never had him. Then again I don't remember ever having a concierge that wasn't Great.

I guess I am missing something. Why would you care who the Concierge is?

Never really paid much attention to them or maybe just never had to ask for anything. Just wanted to know why one is better then then other?

I don't think it is one is better than another one. It is nice once you get to know one you are more comfortable with that one.

I just found out Mario will not be returning to the Explorer. Instead on Jul 2nd Denzil Fernandes will be there.

I have to go back a few years. My favorite was Matt Baker. He started every show on his harmonica and did the best Austin Powers impression I have seen. RCI lost him to NCL.
