Quick story...Boston to Rome...no luggage...We were boarding the ship the next day. We went to our hotel with our carry-on clothes. At 1 a.m. phone dinged saying our luggage was at FCO. On the way to the ship we stopped at the airport to be told our luggage was not there. We begged to differ and were escorted into their back room where we retrieved our bags. The look on their faces when we walked by them was priceless. MORAL---get AIR TAGS

Hotel Lancelot. It's in a residential section minutes from the Coliseum. We stayed pre and post cruise and enjoyed our stay.

Try AAA or Wells Fargo bank. We found good exchange rates through them.
