We are sailing Nov 13 (8 days) and still cannot print our boarding passes. It says we are missing passenger information but everything is filled in. Our TA has been trying to get it straightened out but I’m starting to think we’re going to have to go without them.
I know with airlines, if you don’t check in online you go to the counter and they print your boarding pass. Anyone know if this is possible with MSC?

Thought I remembered that. Lays I think. Thanks!

Anyone know if you can get a bag potato chips anywhere on Oasis of the Seas?

You have to register your credit card through the kiosk but it doesn’t have to be done the first day. You can wait till the lines die down and do it the second day. You can still charge to your onboard acct in the meantime but it will eventually decline purchases if you don’t register your card. It can not be done online ahead of time or at check-in. Not sure the reason why.
BTW, the ship is sailing Oct 26. I know because I will be on it too, second leg of a B2B! 😉😎🚢🍷🎉🏖😊

Thanks everyone. We’re most likely going to do it. Shouldn’t be too hot in November.

We are on a B2B on MSC Seaside from Miami and were thinking of catching the HOHO at Bayside Marketplace on our turnaround day.
Can you walk from Terminal F to Bayside or should be take a cab or Uber? Maps shows it’s about a 1/2 hour walk.

We did this last year on the Divina and were told to leave everything in the cabin and the stewards would look after moving it. We did empty the drawers and countertops into our suitcases but left the clothes on the hangers in the closet as instructed. We ended up having to go back to our original cabin to collect our belongings ourselves so be aware that may happen.
We received a letter in our cabin (I think the day before) outlining the process for returning guests. We were escorted as a group off the ship and went right back on. We were also allowed to go back to our cabins instead of hanging around waiting. There was a special luncheon for us in the dining room as well

Thank you. I know you can with RCCL.

Does anyone know if there is an email to request a specific server on MSC Seaside?

Last year on the Divina, we booked on May 28 for a 21 night beginning in October and got our cabin assignment less than a week later. This time on Seaside, we booked May 25 for a 14 night beginning in October and have not received an assignment yet. No rhyme or reason.

Thanks to everyone for following along on our amazing 14-day adventure! It was near perfect, but I will share the pros and cons at the end of this review so that you can decide if this is the cruise for you. 🙂
Thanks so much for sharing your amazing 14-day adventure! And especially for taking the time to answer questions. Looking forward to your wrap-up. I plan to re-read the whole thing the week before we go and take notes
Can’t wait till it’s our turn 😎🚢🍹

Here are the menus for Butcher's Cut and Ocean Cay (the 'Dining Experience' menu is the one that Black Card members get - you choose one item from Starters, Mains & Desserts. You can substitute an item from the a la carte menu at a 50% discount):
BUTCHERS CUT US MENU.pdf 53.36 kB · 8 downloads
251718136_OCEANCAYMENU.pdf 700.5 kB · 6 downloads
Here's the 'Dining Experience' menu for Ocean Cay (because it's not included in the PDF):
Thanks. I appreciate your taking the time to reply!

As for black card dining, we received another invitation this week and are booked in Ocean Cay for Thursday. We will therefore have 2 opportunities, one for each week. Unfortunately, Teppanyaki is not included, which would have been our #1 choice.
Awesome! I was hoping that was the case. I know the menu options are limited for the Black Card complimentary dinner. I would love to see the menus if you get a chance.

Sports bar doesn't have any complimentary food options. The wings and such are all for a charge, although it's not a lot..
Black Card dinner is either Ocean Cay, Butcher's Cut, Pan Asian Market or Sushi. And you choose from the Experience dining menu, 1 app, 1 main, 1 dessert per person... It's more limited choices than the main menus, but lots of options regardless.
Hope that helps (sorry, jumped in on the OPs thread!)
Thanks! All replies are welcome 😊

Thoroughly enjoying your updates! We’re on the same cruise in October so your info on turnaround day was so helpful. I did have a couple of questions though. You mentioned sight lines at the last show. Do you typically sit in the center for the shows or on the sides, and mezzanine or balcony? Also, does the Sports Bar offer any food? On the Divina, they had complimentary snacks like wings, mozza sticks, hot dogs and burgers. I’m guessing not because no one has mentioned it. One more....what were the options for your complimentary Black Card dining and did you only get one over the 2 week period? On the Divina last year we got 2 but our cruises were booked as 2 cruises, not 1. Thanks so much!

Happened to me on MSC so it’s not exclusive to RCCL. We were still in port so I assumed I was ok to post a quick message before we sailed. The carrier removed the charge but not sure they would have if it had been a large amount. I almost always have data roaming turned off whenever I’m traveling in the States (I’m Canadian)

Looking to book a car from Cape Liberty to Manhattan. I checked both companies and prices are comparable. Any comments on which I should book?

Thanks so much for your live report. Enjoying it very much. Just wondering if there is any way to retrieve and post the menu from Day 4.

Back on the ship after roaming around Cozumel.
Had lunch and stopped by Coz Coffee Roasting Company. Other than that not much to report for the day so far.
Liberty is our dock neighbor and in town are ships from Carnival, MSC, and NCL alone with Royal.
Sent from a mobile device
Just wondering where to go to get a photo of the “Cozumel” sign. Thanks

Ok, so I'm looking at downloading the Mobile Passport app, and the website states
that I must be connected to wi-fi in order to use it and receive the code when I go thru customs.
Does the Port Everglades have free wi-fi and is it easily accessible to connect to?
Thanks, much appreciated
According to their website, all cruise terminals at Port Everglades have free wifi. http://www.porteverglades.net/cruising/mobile-passport/

Here's the menu order.

Really enjoying your live review. Thanks so much for giving us all a much needed fix till it's our turn! If it's not too much trouble, even though you don't have plans to go to the MDR, could you ask someone about the MDR menu rotation. I read on these boards that the Western itinerary is mojo, saffron, pimento, basil, jasmine, shiitake and pomodoro. I'm trying to plan which night to go to Giovanni's. Thanks.

Sorry. Just noticed that. Yes, 7 days. By other paperwork, I assume you mean vaccine and negative test.
