I created an album, but cannot figure out how to get back in to it so I can delete photos from the album.

Sorry, I assumed it was my Double Cash card giving me this benefit. I do have a Simplicity card as well, but very rarely use it. Sorry for any confusion on my part.

I just tried this and it worked. Go to the Citi website and login as you would to check your account or pay your bill. Then look for the Rewards & Benefits at the top, hover your mouse over the Rewards & Benefits, a drop-down menu appears and then select Offers for You. The first thing that popped up was the Carnival gift card, but that could be the fact I purchased one recently. It did show the Citi Easy Deals on the left. Hopefully this work around works, since you will already be logged in to your account. If not I would call Citi and ask them about it.

If you use Citi credit cards you can go to the Citi Easy Deals site and sign in with your Citi account credentials. They have ecard gift cards for 10% off.

I have a Citi card and use the Citi Easy Deal site to buy $100 Carnival gift cards for $90. This is the first time I have done this. I chose the ecard option.
Has anyone had an issue using the ecard version on the ship. I will have the email printed with the card number and pin on it to present to guest services.

I saw everything from Tux to jeans. You can get dress up however much you like, no special attire required. Bring along anything that would be allowed on the ship, they do hand out party favors though.

We bring an old used gift card to keep in the light switch (on newer ships) instead of using the S&S card

My wife hates shaving her legs in those small cabin showers. She usually goes to the spa shower, she says it is so much easier with all the room in the spa shower.

Yes, we did a NYE cruise last year. Very fun. They handout a lot of the NYE accessories during that nights dinner in the MDR. Nothing like having 2,000 of your "new" closest friend shouting "Happy New Year" on the Lido. Like other post, they also did the balloon drop in the Atrium about 11:00-11:30.

We will be in cabin 2276 in January, our first cove. I did a lot of research to find a cove without a life boat overhead. It appears this one did not is that correct? Sorry to hijack OP thread, but I was unable to PM you.

I don't get the concept of cruise cash. Buying something that has the equivalent of what you spend but more restrictions.
For me I was able to buy $100 gift cards for $90 through my credit card. Also away for me to build up my OBCs slowly instead of paying it all at once. Only restrictions is using only on ship and no refund if not completely used. Which I can guarantee that will not be the case.

Just as an FYI
I have been on 10 Carnival cruises, but just found out that if you use Cruise Cash to load up you OBCs before sailing, you are limited to $500 per cabin. According to the Fun Shop guy I talk to, you can add more once on board by going to the guest services desk.

I have a 7 day cruise booked for January. My VIFP account says I am one point away from Gold. My question; will I be recognized as Gold (gold sign and sail card and Gold benefits) on this upcoming cruise since the one point will be accumulated the first day of the cruise or will it not be until the next cruise?

It is not a minor inconvenience to people affected by their malfunction. When I called them I was disconnected twice and it took 15 minutes to get to someone on the line and another 30 mins to have them fix the problem.
45 minutes of my time to fix something is an inconvenience to me. It is that kind of thinking why corporation now get away with anything they want.

Yes things happen, but after telling the company about it, especially when it concerns people's money, and nothing was done to correct it, it is no longer a "things happen". This is a major corporation and this could of been easily fixed after they were told, but nothing was done!!!

I was simply trying to order some bottle water for our cabin through NCL's website. Ordered it with my debit card and the site said my card was declined and was not charged. OK, something went wrong as I just used my card online and it went through fine on another site. So, I tried again and same result. Well maybe something is wrong with my debit card and will have to call the bank. No problem, I will use my credit card to order, but noooooooooo, the same result.
So, just to be sure I went to my checking account website and checked my recent activity and what do I see? Two charges from NCL for the bottle water. Then I checked my credit card activity and boom, there is a charge from NCL for water.:mad::mad::mad:
I called and talked with customer service, which took off the two charges on my checking account, why the checking account you ask, because they do not have the technical expertise to see what charges were charged to which card, really it is 2018!! I told them about the entire situation, saying you should shut down the purchasing part of the website until they fix it. I said there maybe people out there that aren't being diligent about checking their accounts and NCL will end up with a real mess not to mention very mad customers. This was March 19, 2018.
Well today (March 24, 2018) I went to prepay my gratuities since the price is going up and the exact same thing happened. I did see it posted on my credit card and it shows up in my summary, but still said it did not go through on the screen once the purchase was completed.
If this has happened to you check your accounts for charges, because NCL doesn't care at all about this system malfunction. Love their ships and staff on the ships, but the technical side of NCL sucks!!!!!:mad:
