It used to be on the far right. The icon has disappeared after the latest update.

Thanks Peterde. I thought I had the only app without a “safety” icon. I’m sure someone will chime in with where the D-3 muster station is. It’s not as if I was told that I’m leaving out of a different port!

As stated above, the muster station is indicated on the app.  The trick is finding the Safety button.  At the bottom of your app screen you will see buttons starting with Cruises, For You, Dining etc.  These buttons scroll to the right.  The Safety button will be on the far right.  Hope this helps you.

Thanks. Safety hasn’t appeared yet. I have plenty of time!  🤣🤣🤣🤣

We've been on the Silhouette a few times--- Food, Service , Specialty restaurants , all excellent--

Entertainment ?? Cruise ship style--- usually a Broadway style ( ?? ) show with lots of acrobats and flashing lights, a comedian , someone playing a violin (for 45 minutes), a singer/group, etc.

    Now----LOL--- for a little " Fun ":

Don't worry about the location of your Muster Station for the next 2 years--- you will find it--- ( it's 3 floors up, turn left, walk down the hall-- then ask someone ).

More " Important " (?) things to think about which I'm sure you have read previously on CC :

--Who's the Captain, the Cruise Director , the Executive Chef , and whether your favorite Bar Tender from a cruise 13 yrs ago is still on ?

-- What should you do with any unspent OBC ?

-- Would Staff prefer $$ tips or souvenirs/trinkets/ stuffed animals for their children from home ?

-- My printer broke and I can't print our luggage tags --- will they still allow us on the ship ?

-- Lastly---- Do they now have any round tomatoes at the buffet ?

LOL--- Maybe I should take a rest from CC for a while ???

You say it’s two years like it’s a long time…16 days and we lost one of the years. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Thank goodness you solved the round tomato debacle!  I have a family cruise coming up on Royal, and I’m just having a ball researching unknowns. Thank you all for your responses…now if I can just find out if that bartender is still in the martini bar!  Happy sailing, Happy holidays and stay well!

  4. Good Evening All,

I just booked my D.W. and I on the Silhouette for 2025. I really don’t like booking that far out but I wanted a Sunset Veranda (similar to our cruise on Equinox), and the ship is leaving out of Cape Liberty, all pluses for us. Now the first of my questions…can someone please tell me where muster station D-3 is located?  I would also appreciate any insight anyone has on the Silhouette.  Thanks for reading my thread!

  5. I’m diamond (not that that matters, just for reference), and absolutely every time I enter my Crown and Anchor numbers for my wife and I, it says the numbers aren’t recognized. I’ve had those numbers for years. I then call the Crown and Anchor loyalty number and have them repeat the numbers they have (the exact same as I’ve entered). It’s a flaw, but it isn’t helping them. I’ve searched many cruises that I was interested in and wanted to know what my cruise total would be with my loyalty status and I couldn’t get it to take. I’ve tried logging in, erasing the numbers, reentering the numbers, only to have the same thing happen. As long as you get credit for the nights sailed, I guess it’s not that big a deal!  Happy sailing!

  6. We do a family cruise (our kids and grandkids) every couple of years. The kids know what time their mother and I go to breakfast. They can join us, or not. The only thing I want is to have dinner together. At dinner, we are updated as to which grandchild will be with us for the next day so the older ones can do things with their parents. It is everyone’s vacation. They all do loads of things on their own. Coming from a family of 145 just from my maternal grandparents, I’ve found that the only time we had to force activities on the kids was in a place where there wasn’t much going on. I’ve NEVER booked a cruise for a family vacation on a ship that nothing was going on. Next family cruise is Symphony!  Happy sailing!

  7. Hi All,

I booked a cruise for my d.w. and I, along with two of the grandkids for 2024. A couple questions for those in the know.

1.)  Onboard the Symphony, is there a smoking side?  I thought I read something about the pool deck having a side rather then an area.

2.). I was able to book deck ten, 208. Any comments concerning this cabin?  The kids are going to be 15 and 8. Brother and sister. Thanks for your help!

  8. Welsh Tiger…from South Wales. Well that gives me an area, but where exactly do your cruise ships cruise from?  You know better how to run a multi-billion pound company then all those great folks at Royal Caribbean. You see, in America, if we disagree with the conduct of a business, we may suggest constructive changes. Not act like an imbecile about how Royal Caribbean is damaging you personally. Your mouth, and more importantly your business will not change Royal Caribbean in the least. As they say Mr. Tiger…”these boards don’t constitute an airport, you don’t have to announce your departure…just go!”  If you are so displeased with Royal, cruise with Carnival or some other discount line. I’ll have you know, I read your ridiculous thread this morning and passed it three times, going with the adage…if you don’t have something nice to say…but I felt I had to add my two cents to your tantrum. P.S. I just got off a New Years cruise on Anthem of the Seas and we couldn’t find anything wrong with the ship, the food, the service, and the entertainment. You obviously don’t want to hear that, it takes away from your tirade!

Yes, folks, as masks come off I'm seeing more and more cases of GRF on board.  Grouchy Resting Face.  The serious cases won't even smile and return a greeting.

So, I’m not sure if you are being a comedian or this affects you in some way?  How many of those grouchy old cantankerous folks that you mentioned are the reason you sail?  It’s like reading for the millionth time about wearing shorts in the dining room on formal night, who cares?  If that’s the way you were raised, or if that’s where life has taken you, so what?  When I’m cruising, I am in my happy place!  Nothing some other passenger does will affect me. Enjoy life, enjoy sailing, enjoy yourself!  Just my humble opinion.

  10. Hi All,

Do any of you seasoned cruisers have any insight into the tribute band during the NYE sailing?  Some of you may have sailed recently and have heard who is staying aboard. If anyone can point me to a place I can research this question, I’d appreciate it!  Thanks!

It would probably be a good idea to tell you what ship I mean.  Anthem of the Seas. Thanks again!

  11. As many of you do, I follow a few different threads from Royal Caribbean cruises on Facebook. I read from a woman that they were canceling their cruise because Royal Caribbean requires booster shots to cruise. I have attempted to verify this fact and cannot. I’d really rather not get into anyones opinion on this subject unless it is verified in fact.  Has anyone heard of this accusation?  Thanks for your help in clearing this up!  Happy sailing!

  12. Lovescats5,

If you go back and read my original post, I was asking if anyone has done this. No more, no less. It’s not about money, it’s not about supremacy, and it definitely isn’t about getting over on anyone or anything. I’m glad your father shared such insight with you. I’m sorry I asked a question on this thread. Your attitude stinks.
