  1. the "we pick" the rooms rates seem too good to pass up and I was hoping for some advice on these rooms. I've only been on 1 cruise (carnival liberty) and was looking at the breeze this go around. How do the breeze and RCI Liberty compare? Esp inside staterooms? Most important is to have two twin beds on the same level, everything else is nice to have

  2. Spent the night in Houston near the space center

Easy drive this morning to the cruise terminal and had our sign and sail passes within 30 minutes of parking

Now waiting in a tent like room with what seems to be the entire population of a small country waiting to board

    Excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  3. Although I really enjoyed your review, my need to file frivolous lawsuits compels me to take you up on your offer to sue you. My private investigator firms are busy investigating all of your off shore accounts so that we may demand an appropriate amount of compensatory damages. The basis of this suit is simple, I could not find the "Don't Shoot--We are not drug people" T-Shirts anywhere :)

  4. We were looking for a cheap hotel to stay in before our cruise for 1 night and the only ones we could find are the Super 8 Galveston and the Candlewood Suites Hotel in Texas city. Anyone have any experience with these or can make any recommendations?

  5. My only choice on the sailing for a balcony in the middle is 6394-- any other rooms we have to pay a little extra. Our biggest concern is peace and quiet

Any suggestions or recommendations? It upper deck good or lido or something else

  6. We are trying to book a cruise from Galveston on June 18 2016 for two. My partner definitely wants to go but I may not be able to go due to work commitments. We are investigating the possibility of a name change but a customer service rep told us that this would not be possible. I read their policy online and it says that it should only cost us $50. So which one is true?

Also, the customer service agent suggested that we book the cruise in my partners name only (she would pay a 100 percent single supplement) and then we can add my name as a 2nd person in the room for just the amount of taxes we would pay for the 2nd person. The agent said we have a small window to do this because the cruise ship might exceed capacity and we won't be able to do this

Also, should we pick our own room or have Carnival pick it for us? We are looking at a Balcony

    Thanks for the suggestions
