I have just come off Britannia. England games were shown in Brodies, Live Lounge, The Studio and the Crystal Room. You had to get there at least half an hour - an hour early to get a seat in any venue. Snacks were served at half time and easy to order drinks in those venues too. Some People felt they should have used the Theatre, but of course you can not order drinks so easily there. Not shown in the cabins at all.
I have no idea if the muster time will be changed.

If you're stuck in the cabin during the game (as we were with a child) then you can follow Sky Sports News who will at least keep you up to date with the score.

Thanks for the quick reply :)

Thinking of booking the BOGO 2 Night Dining Package, and it sounds like we can choose the restaurant when onboard (and change the one they've put us in for night one) - but can you choose the same restaurant twice, as we'd be perfectly happy to do Chops Grille both nights.

We never saw Sindu busy in the two weeks were on board.

I gave just applied for insurance [ when I added 'cruise cover' it went up by 600per cent - check they are not adding that
This is terrible advice if you're going on a cruise - if you have to be helicoptered off a ship in a medical emergency and you don't have cruise cover, let's hope you have very deep pockets.

We've just had to send an elderly relative who has previously suffered with cancer (in remission) on a 4 week trip to Singapore and used Good To Go travel insurance and found them more reasonably priced than some of the others.

Complain to them on social media (their FB for example) and make yourself a nuisance until they either correct their promotion or honour it.
Last month they were advertising OBC and refusing to honour it - everyone told me they wouldn't and I should give up. They did honour it.

I understand P&O hold back 10% of their excursions for onboard booking. So when embarking I assume its a mad rush to get to the booking desk? Do most folk book their preferred excursions in advance online?
Also, Ive no idea how much excursions might cost, so what would be a typical price for an excursion to say the Colosseum in Rome?
Thanks
£60 seems to be about the max for a full 10 hour day trip in Rome looking at our booking.

How did you pay your deposit? On line or by telephoning?
Online

I had the same issue - apprently the only way to do it is to call them and pay.
:)
Oh god. My experience of phoning them has been dreadful. Seems mad - we're doing a celebrity cruise the week before and payment for that was straightforward.
-
I'm really confused - I've booked via the NCL website (UK) and want to make final payment, but I can't find any way to do it online?
I log in, I can see that it says my 'trip milestone' is "pay" so I click that - but no, that takes me nowhere.
I click "payment status" that give me information, but nowhere to actually pay. I'm genuinely at a loss - how the heck do I give them my money?
-
So I might be able to pay the difference between the balcony we now have and the new price of a mini suite? That's something I'd consider.

I'm pretty disgruntled right now after having booked out first NCL cruise on Monday (we're usually Celebrity cruisers)
We booked Monday PM and the price has subsequently dropped for our cabin. These things happen - with Celebrity I just call them and it gets sorted.
Despite the 48 hour price drop guarantee on the web site, they wouldn't budge or even let me speak to a supervisor (this after 15 minutes on hold) - and insisted I'd lose my full deposit if I was to cancel and re-book. That isn't the case in the US, clearly, so has anyone had any success with the price drop form in the UK?

Mysterious Charges After Cruise
in P&O Cruises ( UK )

Fiver here after just getting off Britannia. I was going to let it slide, but now I'm going to call them.
