Another vote for breakfast on the balcony.

If I completely clear the cache, it will work for a while, then I have to clear the cache again.
Hope this helps.

I am interested in doing either the mangrove ECO tour, or canoe surfing at Galion Beach in St Martin. I have tried contacted them a few times by email, but no response yet. Has anyone used them recently? Would there be any problem getting a taxi to there and back to the port later? Does anyone have any recommendations?
Regards,
Mike

I prefer the second one. My very first cruise, we went to Aruba and Curacao. I have been to the other islands, but have yet made it back to those two. If you snorkel, then, in my opinion, there is a lot to see especially on Curacao. I also liked the "floating" bridge across the canal. That being said, I do not think you can go wrong with either choice.

I normally use a travel agent for cruises, but have booked on board. My booking gets placed with my travel agent which is a good thing as she fixes all the mistakes that were made on board.

We did this last year, and had the option of taking the van back instead of the sail. We sat on the second level which is open air. I do not remember it being too hot. The drinks were free flowing and very good. There were non alcoholic drinks available as well. The ride was no very bumpy at all. The restrooms were on the lower level, and there is a spiral staircase between levels, so if you have mobility issues, then I would not recommend the upper level. I did not think the price was too out of line. If you are on the upper level, you will get a much better view, especially the narrow bridges you cross. If you are a rail fan, then this excursion is for you. We are not beach people, so this met our needs.
That being said, when we return later this year, we will not take the train again, but we often do not repeat our excursions on any island. I was looking to do batik classes, or something similar.

Dress however you feel comfortable, it is your vacation.
That being said, if I am flying to the port, I take one suit and multiple shirts, ties. If I am driving to the port, then I take my tux with multiple accessories. I will coordinate with DW as far as colors. Sometimes I will bring a vest, sometimes a cummerbund. I do like dressing up for dinner, but if I go to a show afterwards, I change. I tend to overheat.
Hope this helps, but enjoy your trip.

I booked cabin #4000 on Grandeur in December. We have never been this far forward, but DW wanted to try because of the extra motion. You never know unless you try. I also prefer balconies, but a balcony in the Northeast in December was a bit more than I wanted.

We tried a promenade stateroom on Voyager. The noise was not bad at all, a little larger with the window seat, and you can people watch. That being said, I do not know if I would book one again, I would prefer an oceanview balcony. The one thing they do is adjust the lighting on the promenade for the time of day, so it is brighter during the day, and darker at night. Try it to see if you like it.

One of the easiest ports to leave from. Also, very convenient to drive to. If southbound on 95, just make sure you are in the extreme right lane before the tunnel. The exit is right after you leave the tunnel.
Waiting for Thenford Grey

i emailed Thenford on 9/5 and got a response that day. I am sure the delay in your case is Hurricane related. They are a reliable operator in my opinion.
