Currently on Navigator.

They're not usually too strict - I've had early afternoon times on my boarding info before and been in line at 10.30 to check in with no problems :) Carol
3.
Glad you enjoyed it. Oops to the Trans Pacific. http://transpacific2014.blogspot.com.au/p/vancouver-eh.html I shall go fix it. Thanks Raina

Try this - http://boards.cruisecritic.co.uk/showthread.php?t=2100021&highlight=radiance
Thank you both for your quick replies :D Carol
4. Hi Raina I've just finished reading this and I'm blown away by your photos, your memories and the detail you've included. Thanks so much for sharing all this. BUT - I do have a request - you have link in your signature to the Transpacific Vancouver to Sydney but the link won't work (I think there is one too many http\\ included) and I can't find it with a search - can you let me know the full link please as I'd love to read that one as well :) Thanks again Carol

6.
I bought these finger puppets..... you have to identify them in the correct order to win my undying gratitude for having read this far.
Hi Linda I have no idea who these little guys are but I'm still following along and loving every photo and anecdote :) Thanks for sharing your trip on here and Facebook Carol
7. What a wonderful review! I was intrigued by the title and just read it first to last. We were in Coco Cay in 2012 and had a hairy time getting back on board - they cleared the beaches early as the weather was taking a turn for the worse. The smallest ship I've sailed on is Vision which I enjoyed, partly due to the Baltics itinerary, but I will now look at the smaller ships with more interest rather than just looking at Freedom and Voyager class - thank you for such a detailed and informative thread Carol :)

Ultimate Cruise Planner

Thank you for posting this. For some people (me included!) part of the holiday is the planning and I will certainly use some of this! :D Carol
9. Hi Linda Was just coming on here to see if you were safe from the earthquake and you've been posting more updates so I'll take that as a yes!! Safe travels Carol
10. Yes - we're here and waiting for every post to learn and see more. Have a wonderful trip and enjoy every minute :) Carol
11. Hi Linda I'm following along too :) Pleased your second of 4 flights went well - loved the photo of you in your onesie on Facebook. A trip like this is something we'd love to take but will have a wait a few years so excited to 'see' it all with you. Take care Carol

Lake Garda -- post cruise suggestion -- a pictorial travellogue

I'm here Stef...! Subscribed as I could do with some cheering up, as you know - so this is just the thing :D Carol
13. When we were on Explorer earlier this year there were the usual 2 servers in the DL and one of them was not as attentive as the other. We tipped 'our guy' at the end of the third day as he was always there to refill our glasses and knew what our drinks were. When the lounge was a little busy he was always there to find us seats and push tables together to create space. He got another tip every 3 or 4 days and then a tip at the end. The smaller tips ensured we got good service through the course of the 12 days rather than waiting til the end. Carol

Get rid of The Compass?

I like that idea On our last cruise we got notices left on the bed when to move the time forwards or backwards and I put them to one side for them to use for the next cruise but I wonder if they did  Carol
