Cruise ships always stay on "ship time" which would coincide with the time it was when they left their home port. So the Allure would be on the FLL time throughout the entire cruise.

I had the same problem, several times!!! I was fortunate enough to get a great price drop around Christmas. After the first of the year, I would go in to see if the shows were ready to be booked or to check out the shore excursions and all I had to do was click the shore excursion site and it would bump my price back up. I had to call them 7 times in order to get my price back down to where it should be. Even after making final payment, I went in to check the show schedule and it bumped it back up and said I owed over $1000. I called them again and they fixed it and now I'm good to go. It's frustrating, but they will fix it if you just call them.

Awesome!!!! We are in that same cabin for Spring Break (April 20th) 2014!! I'm so unbelievably excited. I was just hoping for a Boardwalk cabin CLOSE to the back. I didn't think I'd be lucky enough to get the very last one!!! It was like Christmas morning as a kid for me when I realized it was available and then mine!!

I read that you can only purchase ONE drink at a time... how strict are they with this rule? I'm just thinking that between my husband and I, we would jointly share the responsibility of getting drinks. I may go to the bar once and get a cocktail and him a beer (2 drinks).... then the next time, he would go and get 2 drinks (his beer and my cocktail) and vice versa.... That way someone could be sitting with our stuff if we were at the pool or in another area of the ship.

I got the Intercontinental on Hotwire - 2 rooms/6 adults for $192 plus tax per room for 1/31/09.

I'm guessing I probably could have gotten it lower, but we were OK with this as all 3 couples are splitting the costs, so it really only ends up being $158 for me.
