In an elevator, after returning from port on a Southern Caribbean cruise, a lady asked me how I got to be so suntanned ( I have strawberry blondish hair and green eyes). I told her that I loved running and gardening. She then told me that I was probably going to get skin cancer. She said this while holding a shopping bag filled with cartons of cigarettes.

I referred to your Soltstice blog when we planned our Med cruise on her in June of 2012. It was an invaluable planning resource.

No, I will not be going into the CL--traveling with my best friend from high school, she is a first-time cruiser! We are staying in an OV cabin.

We miss our tempurpedic, we miss it when we travel-- EXCEPT when we cruise, the motion of the ocean rocks me to sleep (that or all the alcohol).

Barbados was my favorite beach water experience as well.

I started Atkins on January 2nd and have lost 10.5 lbs! Bought new jeans today! I consider it a lifestyle, not a diet. The only "cheat" I do is a glass of wine, but only on the weekend. My goal is 1.5 more lbs, and then my weight will match the weight on my driver's license :cool:
