  1. Misc notes: We hit four holidays for this cruise...Asian New Year (2/8), Fat Tuesday (2/9), Ash Wednesday (2/10), and Valentine's Day (2/14 - but we were disembarking that day!). Thus the mix of passengers was skewed. There were somewhere around 800-900 Asians on this cruise, so something like 2.4 billion pictures were taken on 141,254 selfie sticks. There were also a large number of Latin passengers who, I think, were doing the Carnivale theme on Fat Tuesday. It made for some interesting people watching, which was both entertaining and once in a while frustrating. But a cruise ship is truly a melting pot of cultures, and you need to have an open mind during a cruise.

Bonus great stuff: My bride of 31+ years. We had one of the best vacations in decades. Love her dearly...

Fun fact: We went in the gift shop on the main promenade on day 1 and noticed the condom rack was full. By the last day it was empty! Tells me many cruisers knew how to have a good time (the goal of any cruise!).

My wife and I were on the same cruise. We couldn't agree more with your selfie sticks comment. Full Disclosure: I'm a "Banana Asian" (yellow on the outside, white on the inside) and we were the middle couple in the Love and Marriage game.

I didn't notice your "Fun Fact", but maybe that's because I was "fixed" many years ago.

  2. My husband said the caddies were excellent and to follow their directions. He did return pretty close to sail time. the first time he went they were really close to sailaway. the next time we did have some time to shop but not a lot. I think he is a bit upset that he is not golfing this time but I wanted us to spend a beach day this time.

Cindy, Thanks again for the feedback!

  3. I highly recommend the Valet Luggage Service if you are on one of the airlines that utilizes this service. It is WELL worth the $20 PP. You will not be bothered with your luggage until you reach the airport at your final destination.

Is the Valet Luggage service available for flights out of MIA (American Airlines)? IS there any way to pre-book this service?

  4. Day 4 (Wednesday 11/18/15) Falmouth, Jamaica

Started off the day with my Quad Shot at Starbucks and then had breakfast at the Coastal Kitchen. After breakfast I decided to head off the ship and walk around Falmouth looking shooting some pics. I got back onboard around 3 and worked for about an hour in my cabin and making business calls on my IP Phone. Dinner was once again at the Coastal Kitchen and then I stopped by Vintages for some wine and then the Crown & Anchor Party.

What time was the Crown and Anchor party that day? We have a dinner reservation booked at Sabor at 7:30pm on our "Jamaica Day".
