I Just got home from my first single cruise. I am a D+ and was in a JR Suite 9 day cruise. I was wondering how they figure the points. Thanks for your help.

I have never cruised alone and I was just wondering since you pay double do you get double points?

I was just trying to go into my reservation for 12/27 and add something to be delivered to our cabin from the gifts selection. It says We're sorry, but we are unable to retrieve your booking information at this time. I noticed this on my last cruise also is there a certain time they shut off your access and you need to call them for anything you might want to add? Thanks for your help.

I use the courtesy holds a lot. Maybe they could require a deposit of say$25 and if you book the cruise you get your money applied to the down payment if not you loose it. This way could make money and stop people from holding a lot of cabins.

I think it depends on who's checking you in. We have had a few discounts for our state and twice they have checked our address to match the discount.

I would check again and get it corrected could save a lot of time at the check-in.

Just off the GOS had a great time and the weather was beautiful. I was just wondering if anyone knows when the gift preference on our status page is going to be fixed. I called before leaving and checked with rep and everything seemed to be ok. Got on the ship and received one wrong gift and one item never did show up. It sure did not ruin the trip or anything but was wondering and hoping its fixed by October.

Thank goodness DD was the worst idea ever. Unfortunately still can not sail out of Bayonne but still lots of options. Thank you RCCL.

We are thinking of doing a cruise in Alaska next year. Trying to decide between a cruise Tour or a B2B. Was wondering do you get your points for the land part or the tour? We have done Alaska twice but never the land tour and were thinking it might be nice. Thanks for your help.

Was on QOS hated the DD concept. If this is the way they are going for all ships then I guess its time to go elsewhere.

Mr Fain must remember if we don't like the policy or prices we as the customer can go elsewhere and I have seen a lot of big major retailers go bust with an attitude like he has. Take it or leave it , well it might be time to take it somewhere else. I was also wondering haven't fuel prices dropped how come no drop in fares? I have been loyal to Royal but Mr Fain there are lots of options out there.

I was wondering why there are no cruises listed for the Grandeur for Nov or Dec 2016. We usually try to sail after Thanksgiving and again New Years eve on the Grandeur because we can drive to the port but I don't see anything listed. Any idea why? I usually like to plan early. It looks like they are doing it anymore according to some posts I have been reading.

I was just looking at booking a couple cruises and I was comparing the price I paid for the ones I have already scheduled to the new sale price and WOW I could not believe the prices one has more than doubled, and the rest were more then when I purchased them. Then reading some posts on CC and no more shrimp cocktail another WOW. Big increase in bar drinks WOW. I guess

I was wrong in thinking the WOW meant something good. So WOW RCCL I was a loyal cruiser until now but I think I might have jump ship I can not afford any more WOW.

We will be going on the FOS 4/12 we prepaid our parking. I hope its for the right garage. How can I tell.

Tried it and absolutely hated it enough that would not consider a cruising on a ship that this was the dining option.

How was your cruise?

It was the different from our other cruises I really did not care for it. I will not go back on this ship or do DD again. It just did not seem like the usual great RCCL cruise.
