I emailed Tui river cruises to ask how to book (online) a 2 person cabin for 1 person (as the single cabins are sold out) but they emailed back asking me to ring their customer service line at 0203 4512688 for help. Problem is, i am not in the UK and i can't ring through from overseas (I've tried numerous combinations of country code, area code etc). Does anyone have any ideas (either on booking method or ringing through to them) ? Would appreciate some pointers ! Thanks.
