I'm cruising on Fantasy in October and my price has only gone up, but it's early. Anything could happen.

I just bought it for the Fantasy. Even tho it's a small ship and I understand that embarkation is not that bad in Charleston, I want access to my room right away. I'm going to carry on water and I'm cruising solo so I want to be able to put it in my room right away. I had it on the Breeze in January and appreciated the priority line at Customer Service too. You never know when you are going to need that. If the $50 isn't that big a deal to you, then I would get it.

Thanks for letting us know. I just grabbed one for my 10/21 Fantasy cruise. There were 7 available when I booked the cruise 2 months ago, but I hesitated too long and they were gone. It looks like they released 15 more today. Now if I could just see a price drop so I could scoop up some OBC. I am crusing solo so I paid double for a room. Hoping to get some credit, but not really counting on it. :D

We had FTTF on our recent Breeze cruise. We were brought to a private waiting area, then we walked right past hundreds of people who were waiting to board the ship. We could hear them asking each other why we were able to board so quickly. When your sister walks by hundreds of people, she will understand then.

I was on the Breeze last month and it was impossible to get a chair in the sun on the first sea day. There were plenty of them under the lifeboats and in other shady places. We spotted chairs with rolled up towels and were told by nearby people that no one used them all day. It's always going to happen.

Personally, I prefer the Lido deck for that initial sailaway. For me, the music and the people add to the excitement. During your cruise, when you leave the ports, you can enjoy that experience from your balcony. You'll probably be in your room getting ready for dinner at that time anyway.
