On Indy last month I want to say that the bar was open immediately but the food may not be available for a little bit. The bar and kitchen have slightly different hours.
Big fan of "The Pitch" as well as their burgers and garlic parm fries btw.
What is the Pitch

I cant believe you've never heard it referred to that way.🤣
As for using the bathroom, they are meant to be used. Why wouldn't I use them? Why also would 1 stink up my own tiny cabin when I can stink up the ladies room by the windjammer?
Amen to that!!!

Does anyone think this could of been a publicity stunt. She is aspiring model and that seems to be the norm for actors and models now days.

We did a b2b on Allure. It was our first time on a Oasis class. So there was plenty to do.
Plus we had our two teenage kids with us and they knew nothing about the b2b.
So the morning of the end of our first leg, while eating breakfast. We surprised our kids with the info, that were not getting off that morning. That we were staying a second week. The look on their face was the greatest.
Plus you’re the first people back on the ship. So for a little while you have the ship to your self.

You can also get the labadoozie/coco-loco virgin.

Don’t forget to checkout the dreamworks show. Your kids are the age, they would like it.
Look up the videos on youtube

You won’t get anything the first time. If you ask me the perks don’t amount to much anyways, until your diamond.
Remember you can board the ship at around eleven, regardless what royal suggest for a boarding time.

We weren't that impressed with CK either.
We actually preferred the WJ for breakfast/lunch.
Another vote for WJ over the CK.

Never used the concierge while in a star class suite. So no tip for them. We tipped the genie a hundred a day.

I stayed in a star class suite on Royal with eight people and it was $18000. Just posting that Royal does have suites that do offer the same stuff. Yes, On average are more than msc. Royal must be doing something right, if most Star class suites are sold out months in advance.

Royal does have Star class suites. Which are just as good and probably better than YC. They included the minibar that everyone is complaining about. Yes, they are not as cheap as YC but they do have everything that YC offers and more.

We tipped the genie $700 for a 2BR Aqua theater suite.
I’ve seen people on CC mention $200 to $1200.

I so love Cruise Critic!! Thank you all for your help! I have a few questions for you. How far is the walk from the OTW cabanas at Nellies to the nicer buffet? Is Barefoot beach rocky? Did you like the OTW cabana at Nellies? Like I mentioned in my first post this would be our only big excursion.
The walk isn’t very far about two hundred yards. You will walk past the entrance to barefoot on your way to nellies beach from the ship.
Yes, we love the otw cabanas on nellies beach. You will have a cabana worker. To help you and bring drinks from the bar to you. Plus you get a cooler with water at your cabana and you get floating mats.
Yes, Barefoot beach is more rocky( little rocks, coral in the water ) and they hurt if you step on them with barefeet[emoji16]

The otw cabanas in barefoot beach are reserved for star class first. If any are available after star class. They goto rest of suite guest on a waiting list.
So if you really want a otw cabana. I would get the one at nellies beach. Which i think is a nicer beach, not as rocky beach.
I’ve stayed in a otw at both beaches. The otw cabanas are all the same.
Plus if you want to eat the better buffet for suite guest. You will be allowed even if you reserve a cabana at nellies beach. Since you are a suite guest.

It’s worth it. Your value for speciality restaurants is to low for three people.
Probably more like $1500.
Even if you eat in the mdr, you get all of the upgrades like surf and turf($35)pp
Plus you get internet, starbucks and premium ice cream for everyone.
Plus you get a tour of the bridge and etc.

We usually get the photo package too.
In the terms and conditions it said that any children sailing with us, that is under 21 years old, would be included.
Although the kids were in different cabins to us their photos were on the USB, even ones we were absent from.
Latest experience with this was in January 2017 on Ovation.
Happy cruising!
TraceyG :)
This was our experience also on the Allure 12/17
