Lucky you. DW and me did a seven nights Alaska cruise back in 2019 and noticed early 2020 that our points were missing. We wrote to NCL about it but because of the Covid shutdown, we never received an answer. Last year, we were ready to cruise again and wrote again for the missing points before booking a cruise. We were told that since 2019, you can only go back one year and that we lost them. Our advice is to send them messages on a regular basis until the issue is resolved. As for cruising again with NCL, it would have to be a really good deal on a perfect itinerary. Keep emailing them.
