Thanks for the advice! I'm just going to play it by ear he loves crowds and being around people. He will act shy for a minute or two and than is very social. We are doing Atlantis in Nassau and I'm thinking of doing a cabana in half moons Cay so he can rest up out of the sun.

Hey boxermom! I love using carrot oil too. How was your cruise?! :)

I wore my hair in braids with the ends curled and it came out so cute! I love to snorkel and It worked out great I sprayed it with instant conditioner mixed with water before and after swimming and washed and conditioned it when I returned to the ship.I also used palmers olive oil spray on it and it kept them soft and shining, I also used carrot oil and tea tree oil on my scalp and edges took minutes to do all this and was well worth it!:) I will try to add a pix

I decided to go with braids.

 

Boxermom- I've always put conditioner on before getting in the water and then washed with a clarifiying shampoo later that day. Creme of Nature has a nice clarifying shampoo to remove chlorine.

Thanks I will look for that before my cruise! what kind of conditioner do you use before? dont want a grease streak behind me:eek:lol

Hey Ladies! well I just got my hair braided into box braids with the ends curled. I love the style but was wondering what I should put in my hair after snorkeling, swimming Ect. I plan on washing and conditioning when I get back on the ship but what about when I get out of the water? should I spray on a conditioner after rinsing? any tips or product suggestions would be appreciated!! TIA

First everyone is different and it depends on the travelers on the ship with you at the time, or even the cruise line. That being said, since it is your anniversary and vacation, I'd say do what makes you and your hubby happy. If you are planning to have dinner in a specialty restaurant aboard, why not dress up for that evening, or you can just eat in the MDR. You'll see all types of dress in either case. Just enjoy yourself, work those new curves and Happy Anniversary.

I totally agree! its hard work to lose weight so enjoy every bit of your sucsess and its not a bad thing being the most glamorous women in the room:D Happy Anniversary!

Just came from "Best Price Friday" - the wristlets are down to $3!! They are big enough to carry BOTH my camera and IPhone (not that I'll need the phone on the cruise...) - blue, red, hot pink, green - super cute!

 

I'll have to go back in two more weeks and see if they're down to $2!

I have the hardest time finding a swimsuit that looks good on me. My weight is mostly hips and legs. My top is size 18/20 with pretty much nonexistent bust, hips are 26/28. Legs should never be seen. Any suggestions on what to look for? Tanks never stay down.
