  1. Angie, thanks for posting this. We're in 11330 next April. It's good to see that they've made some improvements to these new aft cabins since they first became available after drydock.

You're welcome ... the upgraded balcony furniture was nice.

    Enjoy 11330 next April :D:D

  2. I just booked and got the Bogo 1/2 P beverage package. I just looked at my invoive and I was charged for a 7 day cruise.

    Pas #1 $399.00

    Pas #2 $399.00

    = $798.00

    ----------

    Bogo - $113.00

    -----------

    = $$ 685

I'm sorry but I can't get here with any math. 15% or 18% tips or adding tips, to the whole package but only bogo-ing the the package cost.

I'm not really upset at the total cost just confused

Can any of you make these numbers work?

    help please.

Just wondering if you figured out the RCI "math", we booked the BOGOHO beverage package as well and the $113 also had me scratching my head.

By any chance did you both book Oasis or Allure?

The NCCF fee is $225 on those two ships so the $113 you are seeing is the BOGO50 for that particular fee ... The $200 ($199.50) you get off for the BOGOHO Beverage package is included in the cruise fare discount. I know it is confusing and Royal really should just combine the discounts :0)

My seven day cruise is showing $95 because the NCCF is only $190 for my particular ship.

If you add the two discounts it should add up to 1/2 of the fare and beverage package for the second person. Hope that helps and doesn't cause more confusion ... :)

  3. Catalina was the CL concierge ... she left Monday for vacation

Carlington was the DL concierge ... he has moved to the CL for a few weeks before he moves to the Freedom

Felix came on board Monday and is the new DL concierge

Thanks -- I updated Google Doc.

    Sherri,

Not sure if you are keeping track of the Loyalty Ambassador or not ...

I was told Catalina will be coming back as the Loyalty Ambassador

  4. Was Felix the DL concierge? Do you know his last name? Did you get information on when either of the concierges were going on vacation? I am one of the folks who updates the GoodDoc Spreadsheet for Concierges paired with the Current Concierge thread. Thanks!

  5. Good to know:)

Maybe they are starting to pilot or roll out early some of the new benefits

March 15th was the original start date, you are the guinea pigs;)

Any other benefits or noticeable changes you experienced? Thanks

    Happy Days!

:0))) That is the only thing different we noticed ... I did still get the free drinks card for me :D

  6. I don't know if this is new to the Casino program or not but it is the first time it happened to me :D

This week-end we did a quick 3 day on the Enchantment ... after I checked in with the Casino host she asked if I would like an extra card for my husband  so that his points would be added to my account :)

    I SAID sure :-)

This is how we do it when we go to Vegas or Biloxi but never have we been able to add his points to my account on a cruise :)

Thanks. Hope someone can enlighten us as to which lounge he is in.

Don't know if this helps or not ... I received my welcome email today from Charmaine.

    "Dear Suite Guests,

My name is Charmaine I am your Concierge onboard. I am available to assist you with any special requests you may have throughout your cruise vacation. My hours in the Concierge Lounge are daily from 7:00 am to 11:00 and 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm.

As a Suite guest, you are offered exclusive amenities and services not available to other guests onboard Brilliance of the Seas"

  8. To answer an earlier request, here is the pic of the plaque, taken this morning by my sister before she disembarked:

(Maybe this will stop the "IF this is true" kinds of remarks from a few posters?)

Dave, thanks for all the info on Oasis, and for your civil and polite replies.

And thanks also to Pete (Don Pedro), actuarian, Maxwell, splash, & others for your input and observations. They were very interesting and informative.

Rick, I agree; as D+, sometimes in a suite and sometimes not, I do enjoy visiting with different friends in both lounges. Could be those days are drawing to a close, but as Carol observes, "there is little point in speculating."

However, it was interesting to find out that so far, this seems to be happening only on EN and Oasis, which was the gist of my original question.

    Asked and answered! Thanks, everybody.

I almost went up this morning to take a picture :0))

  9. My sister, who is D+, is currently sailing on Enchantment.

She just emailed me this: "Friday when we went up to the Concierge Lounge at five there was a plaque saying that it was for Suite and Pinnacle only, and that D+ was now only allowed to use the Diamond Lounge (which they are now referring to as the 'Diamond Concierge Lounge' "

We just got off the Enchantment this morning and yes, there is a new policy ... we were the second cruise. The CL is now for Suite and Pinnacles only, saw the sign with my own eyes and I verified it with Carlington.

Wondering if... the Enchantment sailing the OP's sister is on is so full of D+ that the TWO concierges got together and made a decession that would be best accomidate the majority of passengers by requesting the D+ use the just the Daimond Lounge?

No, there were only 67 total (Pinnacles, Diamond Plus & Diamond)

The DL was very empty, every night ...

  10. I am so happy right now !!! Just called RCI and changed my GS from 11254 to the new aft GS 11330. They confirmed it and also informed me the GS suite size stays at 371 SqFt, but... balcony is 470 SqFt from 114 SqFt regular GS balconies!!! Must wrap around to the Aquatheater and or the sea. Very nice !!

THANK YOU Buckeye Rob ... just changed my GS to 11730 !!!!:D:D:D
