Going on my first NCL cruise in October and ports have been revised; anyone know why this happens? It doesn't matter to me but I'm curious. Thanks!

I will be on NCL in October ports will be Brussles, Spain, Portugal, France - should I exchange my US currency or will that be accepted at these countries?
