HELLO!! Any guess as to when the next wave of cancellations will be made? Our cruise is May 1 And we leave from the states April,28 Maybe🤷‍♀️😱😰🤷‍♀️‼️⁉️⁉️⁉️ Thanks

My question is IF ppl from North America are not allowed to fly into Europe ,how will Ama handle this scenario? Will we forfeit the cruise with no credit for future cruise??? We have no intentions of canceling our May 1,2020..We are hoping things will be calmer and panic mode gone. What do you do with your airfare?? Pay the ticket change fee?What are your thoughts?

I went to Amawaterways website and their recommendation for a 7 night cruise is 100E per person. This does not include the cruise director . Why did you pay $300.00?

Personally, being clean an neat is most important. No bathing suites, muscle tee shirts or PJ’s!!! Formal attire is not necessary. Being comfortable does not = inappropriate dress 😎

Christmas markets are THE THING TO DO when you go on a Christmas market cruise!! Perhaps this timing is not the right fit for you😉😉😉

We were on the Rhine ,Basel to Amsterdam. We wanted to do and see all the Christmas markets so I did not look into anything else . If you sail during this time, late Nov. to the middle of Dec.,most ppl are into the market scene. If you are not perhaps another time would meet your needs. Every stop had Christmas markets. 🎄🎄🎄

To be sure ALL markets are open choose the first week in December. Last year we Left on our Thanksgiving (US) and a few markets were not open. It was still a wonderful cruise !!!!!!

Congrats on choosing Amawaterways and the #1 River Boat in all categories!! Excursions for river cruising are vastly different from ocean cruising. The main reason is that whatever you choose it is INCLUDED!!! Typically there are three to pick from and you can pre choose or wait until you are onboard. Try not to compare Ocean to River cruising. It’s apples to oranges. Relax and enjoy the sophistication of River cruising❤️😉

Jane The first thing I would tell you is DO NOT COMPARE ocean cruising to river cruising. It will be hard but just don’t. I will tell you river cruising is much more relaxed ,not formal . Excursions are preset. Just choose which one you want to do. There are no big shows at night and no casino . Relax and enjoy, it will be fantastic!!!!

A simple answer To KNITTER is NO!! But if you like to get a little dressy by all means do so. Not many men wear sport coats. With all the weight restrictions on airlines this type of clothing is the first to be left behind. No one will point a finger and say you are over dressed or underdressed. Be true to yourself!!!

We too WERE avid ocean cruisers. After our first river cruise with Amawaterways,we are in love with this style of travel. One recommendation is to NOT compare ocean cruising to river cruising. IMO, it is apples to oranges. The quality of food, service and all around atmosphere is first class. Excursions are included and are well planned for different levels and interests. No urgent need to pre book but know which one you want to do. The staff is very accommodating and go out of their way to help. Enjoy your new adventure!!!!

Happy hour is great!! Any cocktail can be ordered!! Several kinds of Vodka are on hand !! Cosmo girl here!! Beer and wine with lunch and dinner. No need IMO for a drink package or to buy any drinks. AMAWATERWAYS is the best!! Enjoy‼️🍷
