Oooh lucky you, only next month! I've got till May to wait. Will you come back & post pics?
Will do! It's been a long time by wait!!:D

Does the Quantum have a toddler splash pool with kiddos in diapers? If so, any pics?
-
Also interested, anyone?
Next month and I'll know

I asked the Concierge on Quantum of the Seas tho check if there is an unlimited photo package. Below is the reply from the Photo Manager. I did not inquire about any other packages.
On Quantum we have a different structure as any other ship base on the technology that we have here.
We do not have unlimited package, what we have is a 50 images package for $480 and if the guest want more images they can add as many as they want for the cost of only $9.60 each instead of $20 full price.
Interesting... Wonder how there "technology" differs from Allure or Oasis to not offer an unlimited package

Thats our cabin too

We are on the same sailing and have the same message. I think it's to far out still :(

I didn't think they would know so I have it a shot and called anyways. He placed be on a brief hold and came back with an answer. So who knows I guess I'll find out soon lol
No way the rep could know this. I had to call and have them change my preprinted luggage tags last week. We had previously changed staterooms back the end of August and my luggage tags were showing the wrong deck and wrong room # for our upcoming Allure cruise. The rep looked at it and says she doesn't see where there is a room # on the luggage tag. I had to explain to her that the big 9 was the floor and scroll down to see the 3 numbers and that was the room number LOL.She thanked me and after a couple of times on hold (where she had to ask someone else how to do this, I assume) and the luggage tags were correct the next day.
My point is, most of the RCI reps are not familiar with the ships or even cruising for that matter. I heard they hired a lot of new reps, right after the 1st BOGOHO sale, due to heavy call volume.
Go Figure!!

Cabin 6160 - 50% from what RCCL rep told me. From the pics it's not looking that way :o

Same thing for us as well. We are on same sailing 3/21.

Be sure to check the online price ahead of time. I bought the package online for $225 for freedom last week and on board they were selling it for $350!! They did run a $50 off promo at the start of the cruise but that was still significantly more than i paid ahead of time.
It seems it is always $100 to upgrade to both once on board.
I thinks it's a hit n miss at times. I was on Navigator this past week and to buy it in advance I couldn't find it cheaper than $324... I decided to take the chance to purchase on the ship and it ended up being $299 for the first 3 days then $349 the remainder of the cruise. I am curious if they would refunded the difference if I did purchase in advance and said something. (I'm referring to Photo CD and prints)

My family is sailing next year on the allure. We have a 9 year old and 2 year old. I have a few questions.
1. What shows are the best for my 2 year old?
2. I read they offer toy bags to take to your room for the week. Is that true?
3. What is the best stroller to take?
4. How early do you need to be to get a good spot to watch the parade? How often is the parade?
5. Any other tips would be helpful including ideas on certain items not to leave without.
Thank you

We took our one year old on the Navigator this past week and i think he had a blast. Received so much attention from everyone.
-we didn't watch too many shows as he didn't stay still for too long so we left
-we bought a small descent quality stroller "graco breeze" and it worked very well. Easy to fold up and comfortable for the lil guy
-yes you can take bags of toys free of charge as well as trade them for new bags of toys anytime you want
-I can't remember if they had changing tables in the restrooms on the allure but they didn't have a single one on the Navigator. Hopefully he/she will be potty trained by that time
-take lots of snacks, this keep our lil one under control at dinner well until he ran out the last 2 days. We thought we had enough :(
-lots of nap time
Of course our lil one is smaller but might be somewhat helpful info
As for the haters who say don't take kids! They can suck it!!! It's a family cruise not an adult inclusive ;)

I was on the Allure last week and had the one device unlimited. With the 2-device you get two login ID's.
We used the one device plan and shared it between 4 devices. Never needed to log off - signing onto a new device just kicked the prior user off. So you definitely need to set up some ground rules or specific times for each person.
I'm on the Navigator currently and have the 2 device unlimited and only have one user ID. We logged both devices with the same user ID with no issues.

We have six family members, each addicted to at least one internet connected device. Is the unlimited-two device plan sharable among lets say 10 devices, assuming people log off when they are done? Is there a timeout where it will log you off automatically?
Of course, it will remain to be seen if the family can actually share...
My wife was logging off/on between her iPhone & iPad with no issues while I stayed continuously logged on. Never had it log any of us off automatically not was there a time delay while switching devices.

Doh I missed their comment on a 4 day. You either did 6-8. I'm guessing the 8.
I would say it was for a 7day... I am currently on the Navigator and paid $206.XX for two devices on 7day. That was using my CA rewards discount (10%off)

Parking question... Where is the Lighthouse cruise parking "lot #2"? Is it next to the original lot? I am assuming they still offer shuttle service?

Any update on unlimited photo package or if they offered a discount mid-cruise?
-
How much is the unlimited wifi package and how much is the photo packe(prints and cd)? Curious if I should pre-pay for photo package. Thanks :)

I've never had a issue! I just tape on a room tag on it and tip the porter for tossing it in the cart! They've all made it to the cabin!

We booked 6290. From the deck plan below, I think we are okay. We have a big wall on the side, but by the picture, it looks like a rather large balcony?
Looks larger than others. Take a look at cabins 6162 or 6562 as they are the same size balcony as the one you currently have picked out. Compare your staterooms to one of the rendering and I think 6162 or 6562 might a in a better spot as it'll be only hendered by one versus two lifeboats.
-
I will be in 6560, directly opposite 6160 and I was wondering what the obstruction is as the lifeboats are not below that room.
From the looks of one of the renderings it's not showing much of anything blocking it. So I am not real sure. Plus we will be next to a non obstructed room so I am guessing its not going to be bad.
-
I wonder why 6160 is obstructed. I do not see any lifeboats in that area.
I am not sure. I am assuming its obstructed a tab on the left from a lifeboat... I figured it would be one of the least obstructed out of most of them.
-
Can you tell me where your TA is finding the info on the obstruction percentage?
I just booked cabin 6160 as it seemed best choice of the obstructed cabins. By what the RCCL rep said all the cabins are 50% obstructed just from not being able to see the view right below. Not too much of a big concern for us though.

We booked it for our March sailing a few weeks ago. It was limited days at the time I booked it.
