I think they are terrible I have waited since January for a refund because I had to cancel a transfer from ship to hotel because I booked a excursion still not been refunded when I phoned I get different story's all the time then last week I cancelled one of the trips I paid for still not been refunded for that either.

Hi hope someone can help with this our cruise documentation is ready to print on the rccl website itinery of flights cruise trips ect but there is nothing to print of for the hotel we have booked is Shanghai should I get in touch or will it be ok.as it still shows up on my invoice.

Yes we did notify the bank.and it has MasterCard debit on front and back and it says pay pass.

We have opened a metro bank account it's fairly new bank in the uk on a recent mini cruise from Germany with Msc our card got declined.has any one else got this bank if so do Royal Caribbean accept this card as I have been told as its a MasterCard debit not credit some machine and payment readers don't reconise it.

Yet again been on phone to rccl still being told supervisor has all my details and is going to get my seats back theses was the 2 seats upstairs it was a agent there end who cancelled my flights by error, but I now can see my flight on the singapore website and I have the option to choose and all the 2 seaters have gone,so how will the supervised be able to do this.

You have picked up the telephone and actually called those who are dealing with your trip, right?
Given the level of info from you, that's the best I can do - other than to echo Waterbug's thought that the tickets perhaps haven't been paid for/issued by your travel agent/cruiseline.
Remember, just because there is a locator or "seats" doesn't mean that you are ticketed. And until then, you have NO TICKET.
Singapore airlines can't deal with me as I booked through royal caribbean and they have just said they are dealing with it and I just asked why they got cancelled and was told it was by done by one of there agents by error so they are also dealing with that and are waiting for a new locater number so they can rebook my seats not sure where I stand as I had the 2 seats booked upstairs in economy and these have now gone.

We have a cruise package leaving in 5 weeks was going with british airways then this got changed to singapore airways pre booked our seats,then went back to check my seats and yet again they have been cancelled all paid for by the way,now after many phone calls I have received a new booking invoice but when I check on singapore airways and I try to see if I have the same seats it says unticketed and waitlisted anyone know what this means also don't know why this has happerned yet again.

No idea. If you haven't already suggest you post this question on the Cruise Air board here. And call whoever sold you your package.
I have phoned many times been on hold for 55 mins + sent many emails ect and all I get is supervisor dealing with you and will call you back and they don't?by the way booked direct with royal caribbean.

We'll I was put on hold for 50 mins today somehow my out going flight got cancelled and they was reassigning it I now have lost my 2 seats I had booked upstairs,but it was back on the Singapore website at last seemed ok.but no to good to be true now disappeared again just showing return flight :mad:looks like another long phone call being put on hold 2 morro as they don't respond to any emails.

Just got of the phone with the flight department :mad: out going flights had been cancelled :mad:I had already booked our seat which by now would have gone as these was upstairs in economy 2 seats :mad:waiting now for them to get back to me:mad:

Don't know if I should post here but sorry if it in the wrong place.we have a package booked with return flights from heathrow to shanghai with Singapore airlines and beijing back to heathrow with British airways I have just logged on to singapore airlines to manage my booking and now it's only showing return flights with British airways the same on British airways website it seems my out going flights have disappeared should I contact airline or royal caribbean,also has this happened to anyone else.

We are from the uk and they don't do any stronger even went to my doctor who gave me the same as the ones you buy 3 times daily thank you for your reply though

Whilst on a cruise of the caribbean I suffered bad with sea sickness was given tablets which helped loads,but made me sleepy since then I have been on 3 more cruises and just take 3 tablets every day but not to be mixed with alcohol I get very dry mouth and sleepy early,not sure what to do next time take them only if I feel sick or take them to prevent it :D not sure if the sea is rough singapore and china what has others done would like to no if you found anything that helps.

We have had the same so many times since booking and you ring them and it gets changed to a different amount when I owe zero balance they don't seem to know what is going on fed up constantly phoning them.

Going on the mariner in March Asia cruise and wanted to ask do the men still wear dinner suits with Dickie bow on the formal evenings as it has been a while since we last cruised hubby has a dinner suit but would need to buy a new suit if many now just wear suits or is it that there are no formal nights anymore appreciate all answers please thanks

Never done a Asia cruise before and was wondering what food would be like as some people have said they cater mainly for people from Asia would there also still be international choices.also is it mainly people from Asia on mariner if the seas or is it mixed with many international people

Just emailed china highlights with a itinerary of what we want shanghai and beijing also train tickets and train transfers just waiting for them to get back to me now

We are ending our cruise in shanghai ang doing 3 nights beijing never done asia before and we was going to do the fast train to beijing should we book tickets before we go or get them there also is it easy for direction to platforms ect I am so nervous we get lost.

Worst week ever
You should re name this ship waiting of the seas because that's what you will be doing.
First night American grill one and a half hours before a starter arrives took over three and a half hours for our first evening meal.
Second night Chops grill which you pay for
Reservation booked for 8pm
Shown to our table at ten to 9pm
Sat until 10.30 then walked out with no meal (shocking)
Windjammer should be re named Jammer as its so small you will not find a table.
Only 2 small bars in the main pool deck they can't cope.
You will struggle to find a seat in any public area.
If you happen to smoke forget it 4 tables deck 15 or casino 4 tables
The service is dreadful.
It's all about maximising profit
Crammed in then extract as much money from them.
Book again not even if it was free now at Southampton and can not wait to get of. I must say last night in the dining room the head waiter Milan went above his title and done everything to make it a pleasant night top marks for him shame there aren't many more staff like him.i need water to mix medicine placed this in the fridge and it froze,aircon was stuck on full it was so cold read delivered to my mums room was a pot of cold water the list goes on.
