  1. Susie Q I put in earlier data, but I will now update. Scheduled to depart April 1 on Splendor from Miami. Trip cancelled by Regent around April 13 and we filed for full refund 2 days later. It has been a frustrating journey as they kept trying to refund on our CC and it wouldn't got thru. 3 weeks ago we got an unexpected check in the mail from them with no explanation for almost $1000. Our TA was talking to them continually. They said they would mail us the balance. Wednesday morning I checked my CC Balance and the total refund was there!!! Not sure why it wouldn't work in May, but it is done! Regent and we were persistent. It finally paid off and I can join those other happy cruisers who have gotten their full refund!!
  2. Haste makes waste!! We were cancelled on March 13 and we requested full refund on March 14. June 14 is almost here!

  8. Look forward to updates -- mainly to read about some Regent client getting their full refund from a trip they Cancelled. They cancelled us on March 15 for our Splendor Cruise of April 1
  9. Whom should I call at Regent? Just Customer Service? Our April 1 Splendor cruise was cancelled by Regent on 3/13 so 30 days have gone past so far.
  10. Here we are on April 9 and no word/activity yet on promised refund for our April 1st Splendor cruise from Miami. Hope it does not take 90 days!!
  11. I opted to get full refund for our cruise. Sad situation worldwide!! We were told reimbursement could take up to 90 days. If you get paid, please let me and others know, so we have an idea of how process is working.
