Just went last week on Irie Tours. The 3 hour one. It is very hot but nice when it's moving. They let us stay an extra hour at the beach if we wanted no charge. I questioned the trip due to the heat as well but we enjoyed the tour and the price is great!

These were new purchases not related to the old holds they put on the card. I spoke with a person from Verizon rewards who called me back and he followed up with an email letting me know Carnival ecards were available. I got a separate email from Carnival after my purchase with a link for each $100 gift card to print.

Has anybody truly ordered these e-cards. I get all the way to the end to try to pay for them and they say they are sold out.

When you try to call the contact us number it tries to sell you more stuff and when you respond with "no" type responses it drops my call every time.

Yes, they can be used immediately but I had to call in to Carnival directly to apply the cards towards my booking. I think maybe because I bought mine on a Sunday, the CCL website was having trouble taking the numbers, the Carnival customer service person on the phone didn't have any trouble with them at all. They processed them as payment for my booking the same day I bought them from the Verizon program.

We have it booked for 227.49. I booked the package online but also called the main desk. When you call the hotel directly you can't book with main desk so on-line was easy. The website tells you everything to include in your reservation. If I remember I will get back on and let you know how everything went!

I stressed about not finding a really "great" deal near Port Canaveral with transportation to and from MCO and shuttle to the ship. I ended up booking with Comfort Inn Cocoa Beach the "fly, sleep, and cruise" package. I don't pay until I get there. The hotel gets mixed reviews and they use Travelynx to/ from MCO. We will be there the beginning of August. Good luck!
