    Yes it is, Sometimes we get lucky and this time we certainly did.

    We paid $170 (total for the both of us to upgrade from Concierge to Aqua. We are on the Solstice. \

    We received our upgrade from Concierge to Aqua on Saturday, so I am guessing you have a pretty good shot. we originally requested the upgrade a month or so ago.
