You can also not log into your carnival profile when browsing and they cant track your trips to the site

I cant answer as to what hotel to stay at as we usually stay in myrtle beach before or after the cruise and park at the terminal but you can find information about this on the north american home ports board in this site

We have cruised several time on the Fantasy and almost always near our anniversary we always celebrate it onboard I usually send a chocolate cake to our table on formal nite its now a tradition . By all means try out waterworks im in my 50s DW and I do it every cruise . We have tried almost every cabin type onboard from inside all the way to grand suite , really have no preference this time trying a porthole cabin . I hope you enjoy the Fantasy as much as we do.:D I would be happy to try and answer any questions you might have

I just bought some online and got no confirmation e-mail. They used to send one. No biggie, I took a screen shot of my receipt & confirmation number and saved it to my phone in case I need it.
I have to say I have never needed a receipt. My cruise cash has always been on my account when I got on board.
Same here we have used it to cover our cheers program on our last 3 cruises and never had any issues always been on our onboard account when we boarded :)

Have bought cruise cash for our last 3 cruises always have gotten emails but never needed them the amount doesnt show on your booking but is already on your onboard account when you board. But just in case I always have the emails saved on my cell . When we get onboard I just go to the kiosk (sp?) and check our account and its always been there no problems .

It could. Carnival uses on-board credits and cash, gift cards, etc. applied to the account first, so that would eliminate debit/credit cards holds until those funds are exhausted.
It works on our last 3 cruises I had bought enough cruise cash to cover any spending (cheers program) and also put my debit card up against it but never had any charges against it and the holds were released by the time we got back to home port

On our last couple cruises I set my account up with a credit card but had bought cruise cash to cover expenses (cheers program) and a small amount for the casino . By the end of the cruise the hold on my card had been lifted and o donated my $3 credit to st judes so worked great for us

I used about 60 of them on the Conquest in September, until I could no longer stand to drink another Classic Cocktail. Won enough money to cover the cost of the Cheers Program.
I didnt do quite that good but it didnt matter because we were on vacation and I finished a little up but the DW offset that:confused:

We are sailing Fantasy again in April, also or fifth sailing on her. Out itinerary also calls on LSC and we have never been there. Can you give us the lowdown? It will be me, my husband and nine year old daughter. I had thought about a cabana but from what I have read they are on a separate part of tne island and pretty secluded. But I cannot stay out in the sun all day. Will we be able to find shade?
My suggestion would be a clamshell I think they are 49 for the day they are on barefoot beach its not crowded and is beautiful

LSC was in our opinion as nice as HMC and we hope to visit there again if your looking for a quiet beach day just keep walking to the right and go to barefoot beach . But beware there were several jellyfish on the beach areas

Got off the fantasy yesterday . It was our 5th sailing on the Fantasy so we know the ship well. It was a very good experience overall . The only really bad part was on the 3rd night about 230am they announced a "Operation Bright Star" our thoughts prayers go out to the family.
Now on to the cruise details . Embarkation and Debarkation leave much to be desired . After we got on the ship we put that all behind us . For some reason it was almost 7 pm before they opened the casino and stopped charging tax on purchased items. "DAT Band" was the band onboard we really enjoyed them they are very good .
Our stops were Little stirrup cay & Nassau . We had never been to LSC and we really enjoyed it . Nassau we have been too several times so only did a little shopping and got back onboard .
The food was very good as usual , it you have never done a sea day brunch you need to try it
We ate at the MDR every night the food and service were great . Overall it was a good cruise
If anyone has any questions. feel free to ask I will try to answer them

Depends on what those 6 drinks are.

Wow I'm pretty sure I said about 6 drinks. Just trying to help someone out . Didnt need to be corrected

We have used the cheers program in the past and never got close to the 15 limit (one sea day I made it to 11) and at the end of the cruise when the slide your statement under the door I did the math and we saved considerable $$. After about 6 drinks in a 24 hr period it worth it In my opinion
