Hi all, I’m going on Majestic Princess next week from Auckland. I’m in Sydney atm (great city btw!) and realised I haven’t got my US travel adapters for the ship. I’m from the U.K., so no chance of finding any here. Do they sell any onboard or lend you one? Thanks

Thanks for the replies.  I saw the Edge sailing to Singapore but unfortunately cannot travel in November.  I will await the next deployment releases.

Hi all,  I am just wondering if anyone has any idea of when Celebrity will release their 2023/24 sailings, specifically the Asia cruises.  Am hoping that they will go back to the Dubai to Singapore run as I was on Constellation when we had to stop in Mumbai and fly home when lockdown happened!  Thanks

Flying into Florida the day before the cruise doesn’t give much if any time to get a test in Florida and get the result in time before boarding.

 

Celebrity has not got an answer yet.

I am sailing on the Edge b2b in January and am already wondering the same thing re rests. I am flying in 3 days before so would potentially have time to get a test in FL but how do we arrange one?

We are sailing with Royal Caribbean from Southampton soon and there does not seem to be a Eurofins near where we live in North wales.

starting to find some of this a little frustrating.

I am currently on the Silhouette and live on Anglesey. There are Eurofins testing in Caernarfon and Llanrwst. Very quick and got my results back next morning

Hi everyone, I have taken the plunge and booked on Virtuosa on 21 August.  I know it is expensive for what it is ( I am a solo passenger), but I need a break! Anyway, has anyone managed to arrange travel insurance yet for these sailings?  My usual insurer doesn’t cover for U.K. cruises and it seems difficult to find anyone to cover them. Thanks

Hi, on the free at sea dining package (for14 nights on Star) what restaurants can you choose from and can you choose from any item on the menu or do you have to pay extra for fillet mignon for example? Thanks

I am booked on the Infinity for Argentina/Antarctica Jan 2022. I know it is unlikely, but are Celebrity still going to revolutionise the ship before then?

I was on the last one back in March, which had to terminate in Mumbai.  Would love to finish the journey in the future!

I wonder too. Was booked on Silhouette in Jan 2022 from Chile.  Phoned up today to be told rebook at higher price or can cancel and get deposit refunded. Problem for me is the deposit was a FCC and can only get a new FCC as a refund.  Unacceptable in my view.  They are forcing me to lose money one way or another! Hope head office are reading these threads

Great review. Unfortunately I was on the sailing which stopped in Mumbai and we had to fly home in a hurry! Hope that one day Celebrity will do this route again

I cancelled a cruise I booked during the cruise with confidence offer period and have just received a FCC ( I only paid the deposit). If I book a new sailing with the FCC and decide I want to cancel it again, will I receive a new FCC and be able to use it on another sailing. Just asking as it is difficult to decide on where is best to book at the moment with the current situation. Thanks

Still not working!! This is crazy by NCL.  No one in the UK can currently get prices or details of any cruise they are interested in booking!  Will try and contact them today to see when it is getting fixed. Frustrating.

When I click on a cruise on the results page to get more detail/prices the Uh Oh error page comes up. Is anyone else having the same problem?

I am wondering when the fall transatlantic cruises usually go on sale. I would like to do one in 2021 (I know it's a long way away but I plan early!) and also look at winter sailings as well.

Update:  I spoke to my NCL rep yesterday.  Havana is not on the list for the Bliss (my sail date is 8/25)  He said that it will be replaced with one of the current production shows they have in the fleet.  He did say they would send an email out to let us know.

I have just found out that my booking to see the show Havana on my Bliss cruise in September has been cancelled. I messaged NCL and they replied that it has been removed from the ship and will be replaced with something, but they have no more info yet. How can they remove a show and not know what is replacing it? Anyone know any info?

Following the review ahead of my cruise in September. What time were you able to get off the ship in Skagway as I would like to get on the White Pass railway early. Also how long were you in Glacier Bay

I have cruised solo several times on the NCL ships with the studio & lounge and it was great. I am considering going on either the Star or Dawn and am a bit hesitant as there is no studio lounge where everyone meets up. Is there a daily meet up on these ships where dinners are organised etc?
