I spoke to a Royal Caribbean representative and the prices even for vow renewals seem rather high, compared to what you actually get. Has anyone had recent vow renewal experience on Royal Caribbean? We'll be going on Allure of the Seas.

Does the Allure still have the Royal Connect/WOW Phone available for rental throughout the cruise? Another cruise line has a cool app that does virtually the same thing but you keep your own iPhone (and just pay for the app). Just curious if the old (first generation iPhone) Royal Connect/WOW phones are still in existence or if there has been some sort of technology upgrade there...

We are sailing on Allure in November (around 90 days out) and I can't book main dining room or specialty restaurants online. It seems like I've always been able to book them by now for previous cruises, so I was curious how far in advance the dining reservations system opens now...Thanks in advance

Hello all - on the Allure EASTERN itinerary, which nights are the formal nights (for anyone who has been at least somewhat recently)? Also, I'm having a heck of a time locating any recent Allure main dining room menus for each night. HELP! Thanks in advance!

So, I see where D/D+/P level C&A members will get free drinks from 4:30-8pm outside of Windjammer and dining room. Free is always a good price - but I have a question for anyone who has tried using the happy hour. The list showed a lot of hard liquor (vodka, rum, tequila, etc.) but are the free drinks just straight shots of the liquor? Or, can you get a margarita during happy hour since it has tequila in it? Just curious what the experience has been for anyone who has used the Happy Hour thus far.

Hi - I am looking for a listing of the RCCL Onboard Coupons (which replaced the Ultimate Value Booklet) for the ALLURE (I'm assuming they'd be the same on Oasis), for Diamond Plus level. I saw a previous post but it applied to a different ship (Rhapsody) and Allure has a number of options different from Rhapsody (Johnny Rockets, etc.). Any information would be really appreciated!

Thanks for the info. Our 2 1/2 yr old daughter (turns 3 at the end of December) will be with us early Dec. sailing - she has some separation issues. AO is only for 3 yrs and up, but the other stuff (the play at your own pace room) is too baby for her (we were on Oasis last September). Any suggestions at all?

Also, in terms of dining, she's a picky eater (she's an only child, just like me) - was your 2 yr old able to find plenty of stuff, without a lot of difficulty? Our daughter loves peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, grilled cheese, and that sort of thing.

Were the Dreamworks characters everywhere? I've heard mixed things - some of said they weren't as visible and "out there" as people might have expected...
