  1. It will be available on June 6 on the Triumph, go the Carnival website go to the bottom of the page and you will see the Hub app link there. Click on it and it will take you to the page with instruction on how to download it to your phone.

It costs $5 a day for the social media one where you can connect to FB etc during your cruise. I think there is a weekly option where you get a slight discount but not sure. I plan on using it for our Oct cruise on Triumph so please come back and let us know how well it worked for you.

Thanks for the info. I hope June 6th is correct. We sail on the 11th!

  2. This will be our first time cruising out of New Orleans. We see a direct flight at 10 am but think that is pushing it. The next cheapest flight isn't till 9 pm[emoji35].

    So my questions are:

Can we make the 10am flight?

Or if we do the 9pm what to do with our luggage all day?

    Thanks!

  3. Yes you can and as long as you are converting USD TC's for USD currency eg there is no fee. We use TC's a lot but only for cruising. When in the Med we take both USD & Euro TC's to pay the guides and we cash in the TC's as required with no problem. Our bank carries Amex TC's and they are still a good way of carrying currency rather than wads of cash. We don't use ATM's except in an emergency because until you get back to the ship you have to carry the cash around with you in port plus DH hates wasting time hunting down ATM's lol

Thanks for the feedback, we are going U.S. travelers check to US dollars. So we should be fine

    Hi Dennis.

Can you share what night lobster was served? I was wondering what night we should book Qsine.

    Thanks

  5. Thanks for your reply. This is the first cruise where we will arrive the day before sailing. Unfortunately southwest's earliest flight to EWR the day of had us landing at 12:55pm and that was going to be too tight.

To go to the Roll Call:

Look above, there's a box labeled "Celebrity Cruises" with several links.

Click on the "Find your Celebrity Roll Call" and enter the cruise info.

Boarding time: see your Xpress Pass. The boarding time is from 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM. If you arrive really early (9:00 AM), you'll need to wait, then will be in a crush to board - then have to wait in the Oceanview until your cabin is ready.

We're arriving by car from several hours away, probably getting there around 12:30 - 1:00 or so, and don't expect the queues to be all that bad.

Arrive happy, assume that there will be some delays, and remember that it's worth it. :D

  6. You're going to be able to get your desired bed configurations fir $150/ room only if you prepay. I'm not seeing anything on our list of acceptable/desirable properties for $150/room tax included cancellable with the beds you want.

Ok we are willing to be flexible on the price if it is clean and we can get a decent breakfast
