  1. Just a brief correction from one of the other posts. A cabana is included with the two YC Royal Suites. However, those suites sell out very quickly in spite of the higher cost.
  2. My TA specializes in MSC (as well as other lines) and has sailed with them a number of times.
  3. And compared to the Divina, the Seaside YC dining room is actually in the YC at the front of the ship right above the Top Sail Lounge. Great positioning.
  4. Why we loved is that we told our butler what time we wanted to leave and he escorted us past the crowds.
  5. We found the menu delicious but a bit more limited than we found in main dining rooms on other ships. The pasta was amazing and there are always several dishes that are on the menu every night, such as chicken, steak and some others. I am a very picky eater and I didn't have a problem.
  6. Bob, you mistakenly put our photo with the Jan 6 Seaside folks. We are booked on the Jan 13 cruise. ---Dan and Marilyn Bahr
  7. I saw a video of the Meraviglia YC and loved the look of the cabanas. Can anyone tell me if they were first come, first served or if there was a fee to rent them?
  8. Thanks for the comparative review. We have been in Divine Yacht Club three times and love her. We are also booked for three future Seaside YC cruises. Regarding the question of shade in the One Pool area, deck plans for the Seaside seem to show about 20 cabanas. That would sure add to the experience.
  9. Perhaps one of you can explain something to me. We are booked on Anthem for 9/9 for 5 days to Bermuda. One night we have reservations in Chops and the other 4 nights I scheduled MyTime dining. Today I noticed that 3 of the 4 MTD reservations have been cancelled with the memo that we should check when we get on board. It's not the end of the world because we can always just show up for dinner and hope there's not a long wait. But I wonder why this happened? Any ideas?
  10. I believe that's Deck 7 forward.
  11. We arrived around 11am and were taken on the ship within 15 minutes. As far as debarkation, our butler told us to tell him what time we wanted to leave and he escorted us off the ship and past the lines.
  12. I know the MSC website can be frustrating. I encountered a new problem for the last 2 days. When looking for a cruise, after I enter my Voyager number and click on the "next" button everything freezes and I can't continue. However, if I skip the Voyager number everything is ok. This can be overcome by calling a customer service rep, but it's still a real pain in thence.
  13. We will be on the Anthem in September. If you have sailed on the Anthem in the past can you tell us which restaurants will be open for lunch that day?
