I did the AMEX/newegg deal as well!

March 7-12 for deep east Texas grade school.

We sail with small children and enjoy the early set dining (usually 6pm). This is about the time we eat dinner at home so this works with keeping my kids on their normal schedule. We request a table for 4 just for our family.

Ahh, I feel ignorant, thank you for the info!

So I know that Cheers is about $50/pp/day and that you can't buy it the first day in Galveston. I'm assuming you don't pay for debarkation day either, so am I correct in thinking that for a four day cruise out of Galveston we'd only pay for 2 days of Cheers? So about $200 for two of us??

If I got one of these cards as a gift, can I have it applied to my SS card only even if I'm on an account with others? Like my husband and kids are sailing all in one cabin and have set up our spending account online already, but can I put my gift card balance just to my SS account only?

Got it, so I'm still just watching for a drop of more than $50 in order to even worry about submitting the form. It's currently down just $40 so I'll keep checking! Thanks for the info!!

I booked way out and sometime this past year my price dropped and they were offering a $50 obc, so my travel agent had our price adjusted and got us the obc (before final payment). A couple weeks ago the price dropped again so I had my TA submit a form. They said since it was $40 they could adjust the cruise price but I'd lose the $50 obc since that promotion has ended...I opted to keep the obc and cruise price as is (still before final payment). Now I've made final payment and the cruise price is still $40 below what my price was...can I submit the form now and not lose the obc since I'm paid in full? I'm assuming they wouldn't switch rate codes after final payment. Thoughts or experiences?

BC is fine but we chose to get passport cards for our kids...just easier to carry for us and they are good for 5 years.

My arm is all the selfie stick I need...I just don't get it I guess.

Does anyone know which night Chef's table usually is on the Triumph 4 day cruise? Curious if usually after port day or sea day?

We have loved the steakhouse each time food wise, only once I felt our table was too close to the next...almost like we were seated together, so it wasn't the experience I was looking for. I'd say anything is worth trying again.

Just tell them you already use Elemis products and usually they stop trying. I do like their body wash [emoji3].

Yeah, we never saw it full either and couldn't figure out why...it was great! But JiJi's was amazing [emoji3]

Pretty good, I just recently got it for my March 3 cruise!

I really love RCCL for my kids too but we mostly sail Carnival due to cost. We LOVED the sunshine! We sailed with an almost 1 year old and almost 4 year old.

I cruise with small kids and decided the cove just doesn't look as safe for them as the standard (notice it has open rails instead of solid plexi). For now we'll stick to standard but would love to try cove in the future...I think close to the water would be cool!

I personally chose not to, my doctor approved and I was within Carnival policy but for some reason just didn't feel right. I ended up having a perfectly healthy pregnancy and lost a bit of $$ since I was past final payment with no insurance but still stand by my decision [emoji3]. It's totally your choice!

We had 5340 aft corner and it was amazing!! One of the new rooms.

We were on in 2013 right after the refit and LOVED her!! We had one of the new deck 5 cabins and really liked the location. I never felt crowded and there was tons for my kids to do. She was our favorite Carnival ship so far (Ecstacy, Conquest, Magic are the others we've done).

We've sailed this itinerary with our kids since the first was 10 months. We love Sunset Beach resort in Montego Bay Jamaica, Westin Hotel at GC, and Nachi Cocom in Cozumel.

I agree with Stingray City in GC. We did a day pass to Sunset Beach resort in MB and loved it!
