  1. Which ship and stateroom did you get?
  2. Thank you guys so much! I'm going to switch my stateroom now. I really want the big covered aft balcony, and it's worth $800 extra dollars for me. I was just worried about if they would switch me staterooms when I get to the port.
  3. I would like to book an aft stateroom that requires 3 passengers. I have read other posts about the possibility of them moving you if you book three people then cancel one. But what if I book for 3 people and pay for 3 people, but only 2 show up at the port? I can't see how that would be a problem, as it could happen. I really want this cabin and it would only be $800 more than the other balcony stateroom I currently have booked. Thanks!
  4. Just as an add on. I booked directly with Princess and refared a few times. When I made my final payment, I said offhandedly to the Princess agent that I guess I was done refaring if any last minute specials came up. She told me that since I booked direct and not with a travel agent that I could refare until departure and they would refund money. The price didn't go down any after I made the final payment, so I did not get to test what she told me.
  5. This thread is 3 years old. Not sure why it got drug up.
  6. I'm curious from the people that say they don't print out their boarding pass, don't you have to print your luggage tags? I'm just a little confused about the luggage tags. How do they last if they are just printed on paper? Don't they rip off?
  7. I guess you can't go buy the deck plans pages on Princess. Because on that the Dolphin balconies look like they are the biggest. Is that not true?
  8. I think I said next month. August 14 is our cruise date.
  9. Thanks all! I will try to get there by 10:30. I'm so excited for this cruise!
  10. We are sailing on the Grand from San Francisco next month. The line says embarkation starts at 1:00, and the time for our deck is 2:30. These are both later than any other cruise I have been on. The ship sails at 4:00. Usually we get on board in time for lunch. Does anyone have any info on when we can actually embark? Thanks so much for the info!
