  1. I received my refund on Thursday and only knew it was there because I was looking for it. Carnival did not send me anything advising the refund had been processed.
  2. We were scheduled to cruise Sept. 13th out of NYC to New England / Canada; it was cancelled April 1st and we had a little over $1000 already invested between excursions and payments made. We chose the take FCC about a week later but didn't immediately rebook anything. On 4/15 I booked us for Oct 17th out of Miami and called to have the FCC attributed to that cruise and when I spoke to our PVP he advised that our refund for monies paid for both the excursions and towards the cruise showed they had been processed but he didn't know how long it would actually take to get to us.
