  1. Just finished reading lots of reviews of the Anthem. Very helpful being our first time on this ship. Most reviews say there is no soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. I do bring the last three items but never bring soap. Do they supply soap or is this another item I need to add to my packing list.

I just got off Anthem on April 2, 2017 and yes soap is available upon request!

Lotion, shampoo and conditioner are also available upon request.

  2. All cruises bought on the Australian Royal Caribbean website now for travel after 15 January 2017 include gratuities.

    No option for removal.

Does not matter if cruise leaves from Sydney. Brisbane. Fort Lauderdale. Southampton, San Juan. Singapore etc.

  3. Yes-- it can be done. But the cruise they listed above only gets them 21 points, and from the wording seems to be the higher one-- perhaps that they already had some points and this got them further?

Ten nights, 30 points plus 18 nights, 54 points is 84 points; when you sail solo on a junior suite you get TRIPLE points!

  4. Thanks for asking Tamara. I don't see what guest demographics or itinerary has to do with any of the problems you encountered.

We did a b2b on Liberty in June which included a 5 day Bermuda Itinerary and a 9 day Caribbean itinerary and we had no problems. The crew and staff were absolutely wonderful and Customer Service was not a problem.

The problems that you have described above will be evident on almost any ship you go on not just Liberty.

I did the 10 nighter in May, a 9 nighter in July & am returning on September 10, 2015. Both cruises were wonderful!

I am looking forward to sailing again next Thursday!

  5. Find a different Travel Agent. You should always get OBC. The big box store TA may not always have the best overall deals, but always give a good amount of OBC.:)

Maybe I was not clear; my invoice did not reflect any OBC from RCCL or my travel agent.

I did/do receive a "gift" from my travel agent in the form of a check. It's always waiting for me upon my return from ALL cruises!

  6. I am booked on Liberty of the Seas' May 2015 10 night sailing. My booking was a BOGO half off.

I have a family interior cabin for 2 adults. I contacted Carlos Moya from Investor Relations and he confirmed I was eligible for a $200.00 OBC for my 10 night sailing; as long as there were no changes to my current booking.

It does not hurt to inquire.
