July 26th will be our 2nd Mediallion cruise (1st was March 30th on Caribbean Princess). I ordered our Medallions on May 28th and Ocean Ready is STILL showing the status as “in processing”! I just called Princess and y’all will never believe the excuse that was given for why we haven’t received them yet. I need to give it another 2 weeks because their supply is low and they are waiting for a new shipment. 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ When the lady came back on the phone to tell me what the man said I started laughing (& so did she)!! Yeah, right! Like Princess is going to let their inventory fall so low that they risk not being able to supply their passengers with them!! Talk about a ridiculous excuse!! The lady did tell me that the department who handles this doesn’t work on the weekends so I might want to call back during the week and try to speak with them...ya think???
Last time there here were no hiccups at all in the process for us so I’m thinking this is part of the app glitches several of you have mentioned.
