  1. We book a js on our last cruise we was given $250 for booking on board and $150 each for the promotion that was running at the time. We had it transferred to a TA that we had used in the past who is very good (she got promoted) passed our booking on to a colleague. He sent me an updated guests copy on the booking on 6/29/15, the $250 and the 2 $150 credits was there. We made final payment when he sent me the updated guest copy of the booking it was missing the $250 credit I called him Last week didn't get back with me until yesterday and I had to call him, he then told me that rccl took the credit because both credits can not be applied to the same booking. This doesn't sound right to me since the booking was handle by a rccl member on the boat. My TA said we would check into it further. Would it help if I called rccl or will they not talk to me because I have a TA. Thanks for any advice and letting me vent

We have booked a 9 day js on the vos for doing so we are getting $550 onboard credit I was thinking about using boa point for another $500 (some how we usually spend about $800 on a 7 day cruise) what on board credit will they use first? if we don't use it all can the boa credit be refunded thanks in advance

  3. my dw won a free cruise when we were on the Jewel when we booked they gave us our first choice also (oasis) and only had to pay $300 it upgrade to balcony. They told us that this cruise would not count toward our cruise status even though we paid for upgrade because of winning it at bingo but we will still get all the on board perks of being platinum. congrats on your win and booking and enjoy

I try to get the same bar tenders and give them a few extra bucks it usually resalts in better service( not that I have had bad service) The bar tender in the mdr I will give $10 to on the first night all the other nights when I show up there are 3 beers in a ice bucket waiting on me. You take care of them they will go out of their way to take care of you
