Fortunately, we paid for our cruise with credit cards. When the river cruise was cancelled we opted for a full refund and was told there was no timeline for refunds. This happened before the so-called website problems. It took only 2 weeks from when we disputed the charges with our credit card company for Vantage to send the refunds to our cc accounts.
My advice is DO NOT book future travel with Vantage and always use credit cards when booking travel. I hope the thousands of people affected finally get their money back.
