Last cruise on Wonder we used an old Seapass card. Our attendant took it while we were gone. We did get it back after asking him for it - he had it in his cart.

You can also order a colder medical frig for your room. Contact Special Services at RCCL to request one.
Definitely - the "refrigerators" in the room are more like a cooler than a refrigerator.

I once opened the driver's side door of a white SUV in the grocery store parking lot. There happened to be a woman sitting the driver's seat on the phone - I scared her as much as she scared me! LOL. My white SUV was parking just behind her's. Accidents happen.

March 2024 sailing on Anthem here. Still do not have our balcony guarantee assigned. I was however, able to see the room number using the Apple Wallet “hack”, not too happy with it but I cant call Royal and ask them to switch until it has been officially assigned 😥.
What's the apple wallet hack? Would like to try that to check on my GTY room in April on Wonder - I take it you have to wait until you check in and get a sea pass card you can put in your wallet?

So right now Icon is the only ship that has the enhanced elevators?

A can of Pringles is £1.85 in the UK, so about $2.30.
At Walmart - get them before leaving!

There’s no rhyme or reason what the US government will or won’t pay for. I say this as an American. Our friends were part of a group that was rescued by FL Rep. Cory Mills. He personally flew in and got them out of Israel to Jordan where they had to spend some time before they were able to get flights home. I'm not sure how he did it, but our friends were told by Rep. Mills that all their expenses (hotel, flights) were covered. He is what I would consider a hero. Before he got them out, the government, who was dragging its feet, was telling them they would ultimately be responsible for the cost of their repatriation.

Just off the Wonder this past Sunday. No green tomatoes. Had to have fried "red" tomatoes. Just not the same......ugh
Well that's just unacceptable! LOL.

One last note on Mason Jar if you didn't notice... 2 nights per cruise they have a limited late night snack menu that's a la carte and fried green tomatoes are on it. We meant to stop by to try a couple things but never did.
We were on Wonder last April and had dinner at theMasonJar and totally missed any late night snack menu! I'll definitely look into that.

This shows the subjective nature of food. The brunch there was one of the best meals my family ever had on a ship and I've read several negative comments about some of the dinner items (mostly the BBQ). My wife had some of the dinner items at brunch (chicken pot pie, mashed potatoes, mac n cheese) and enjoyed them all. Since the OP has the UDP, I suggest she try both. 😁
We're also likely to try dinner there at some point too... we're just waiting to turn D+ (7 points away) so we can use a BOGO. We're frugal and don't do much specialty dining.
There isn't a huge difference between the price of brunch and dinner though I do note some menu variations. I love the brunch menu but my stepdaughter loves fried green tomators and it appears those are only available for dinner. What's the chance of getting them at brunch?

Question or statement ?
Question - maybe just smaller portions? Which wouldn't be a bad thing. I was just thinking difference between lunch and dinner menus since there clearly is a difference at some of the specialty restaurants. We've bought the Hibachi lunch and I'm wondering if I should switch it to dinner.
-
Hibachi lunch vs. dinner - thoughts? I can't imagine the menus can be that diffferent -

Its for the people who are too old to go on some excursions - it gives them something to do. See the post about being too old to cut the mustard - LOL.

For my North American friends, a few things, firstly tap and go is commonplace and possibly up to $120 or more for each transaction. Also, whilst it might be commonplace to hand your credit card over in the US/Canada never do so in Europe, they will always bring the card machine to you. Finally, if you can find a bank that don’t charge overseas fees then use them.
How is ApplePay working?

Yes they added 18% to the price for mandatory gratuities. Paid up front.
I dont know if it's been fixed but the only one I found that didnt charge me 18% when I paid before my cruise was hibachi lunch. Maybe the glitch fixed, but all the rest charged me 18%.
Also it's very important they schedule all 3 nights when they board. If they wait the best dining times fill up. Go to a pay restaurant and book asap when they board.
They must have fixed the glitch because we did have the 18% added to our Hibachi lunch. Question: is the lunch as good as the dinner? I know we've had the dinner and there is always more than I can eat - wondering if the lunch was the same. -

If you have a U.S. National Parks membership card, bring it with you. It will get you in to both of the forts😇

I found a Wonder cruise in April 2024 that stops off in San Juan. I wanted to stop there, not start there, and it worked out perfectly (we wanted an Oasis class ship - most of the ships that leave from PR are oe of the smaller ones).

Disregard - I found some although they seem to be during hurricane season 😕

And also ironically...I have stock in RCI. 😄
And with milk being switched out for 1/2 & 1/2 I can only assume your RCL stockprices are soaring with all the money they're saving! And don't get me started on my quest for potato chips on my last cruise (although they never promised to have them) 😆

Check out Mia Limo. In May we used them for all of our transportation needs pre and post cruise (airport, hotels and port). Wonderful company and drivers and they had some of the best rates of any company (I contacted around 11 or 12 companies). All drivers were early for pick up, professional and their cars spotless. They offer tours as well and they have port access so they are allowed inside the gated area to wait for passengers.
Would they be able to accomodate a party of 6?

Odyssey does not have one so I'm assuming neither does Quantum.

I'm good with clean towels provided once a day. I guarantee you I'm not replacing my home bath towels once a day. And we keep our cabin neat - more personal preference. Everything is put away before we head out for the day. I laugh when I walk by some cabins and it looks like they've been hit by a tornado.

They do rearrange the money every night - I guess if you're going to play it, end of the day would be best time - certainly not first thing in the morning.
